Place was clean ton of washers and dryers, I went in a Sunday so it was busy but there was still plenty of washers open and them Gandy Lil carts to move your clothes around in. Be forewarned however this is not a coin op laundry, it still takes cash to fill up on of the cards that you get from a machine located next to the change machine. Now I've been to a lot of laundromats since I travel for work, and this was a pretty good one my only one complaint was when I gave back the card and asked for the remaining balance I was informed I would not be receiving the $1 that was used to "buy" the card originally. OK I know it's only $1 but I've never been to a place that forces you to "pay" for a card you return and they can reuse.... So while everything else was good I won't lie I was a lil unhappy with the lack of notice and attitude of the attendant when I questioned her on it.

This is the 2nd time they lost my clothes! I overlooked it the first time because it was a couple of shirts.. didn't really matter too much. But now, They've lost over $200 worth of my laundry, and they have no idea where it is. Won't be going back. I'm disappointed because the ladies that work there are nice. But, apparently they get too busy and there isn't enough employees to cover shifts (i talked to one of the ladies that works there), and they get so overwhelmed.. I guess they lose clothes. Now I have to go buy them all again.. FML.

This is a very good laundromat. It's always clean and the staff is very helpful. They have a drop off service also if you don't have time to do your own laundry. " Highly recommended "

This place has service, I dropped my clothes off many times good work. Only one time was there a small problem I received a cll asking if I had any problems with the attendant when I drolped off I said no but evidently other leople had. So when I picked up my stuff I was short some things and had other things with my stuff, they apologized and help me find my stuff. The attendant that had been a problem for others was the one that messed things up, she was fired and I received a discount. . Thanks for the good job and friendly service.

Has four different size washer machines and massive driers to dry a pretty good amount of articles of clothing or linens. 24/7 except holidays are up to the discretion of the people who run the facility.

If you're an oilfield worker with a lot of hours and no days off, this place is a God send for clean clothes. Shirts and pants are returned clean and on hangers (they feel pressed and ironed). T shirts, towels, socks and underwear are all folded and bagged nice. Having clean clothes is not a worry. Price wasn't bad either.

People that works there are very polite and helpful. Plenty of washers, dryers, and washers for the oil field clothes. Wish is a plus because I don't have to worry about my clothes getting destroy due to oil, or grease. Clean facility inside, outside, and restroom with lots of parking spaces. Multiple TV, vendor machine, electric sockets for your devices, and places to sit, and fold your clothes. This was my second visit, and I will be returning. Also it's in a safe area, and that's a plus

If I could rate at zero stars I would, I went in to pick up my laundry that I paid to have serviced. After taking the clothes out to put them up realized I was missing my good pair of jeans at a value of over $90. When I brought this to the attention of on site management i was told there is nothing they could do for me, almost to the point of calling me a liar. Needless to say I will never return to “Town and country Ultra Wash” and if you value your clothes and your money, you wouldn’t go there either. Best regards, Aaron

As much as I dislike washing at a laundromat this one makes it (almost) enjoyable. The folks who work there are friendly and helpful. The hot water wasn't working in one washing machine I was using and the lady there said I could switch to another machine for free. As others have posted, Town & Country uses pay cards rather than cash for the machines. It's easy to set up and reload the cards. They work well on the washers but the dryers seem to take a little jiggling to get the card to take. There are plenty of machines of varying load capacities and some are set aside for greasers. They have TV, food and drink vending machines, a couple of quarter coin pusher games, bathrooms, soap vending, and strategically-placed seats and tables. I can take three loads of laundry and get in and out in under an hour. If you don't want to stay, they also offer laundry service.

My water was out due to the cold snap. The staff could not have been nicer. It was really clean. I’m glad I have a washer and dryer… it sure was expensive… but convenient. Four loads done in less than half an hour. Hopefully, I won’t need to, but I will definitely use them again.

So, I've been coming here for the last 4 to 5 years... and then ( all of a sudden) this lady says they stop accepting people at 9.... then why does it say closing time @ 10p.m. I've came here at 9:45 washed and dried with never a complaint from the employees. I mentioned this and she said.... well if those lady do it it's OK like sweetie first be the owner then tell me that so I could go somewhere where I can do show up at 945. It's not my fault your employer is greedy

Great customer service, fair pricing, clean, and convenient. I've been here twice, and both times I had a good experience. Online it says open until 11 and it actually closes at 10. Since I'm new to the area I didn't know this and went by what it said online and started my laundry at 9:30. The young lady that was working was super sweet about me staying late. Not once did she even seem inconvenienced. It was so nice. I felt like I was at my own home doing laundry. She even helped me to my car, since I had my newborn with me, after I kept her an hour late. When I had gone another time I didn't know what to do(my first time going to a laundry mat on my own). The older Hispanic lady walked me through it, even though she was in the middle of something she was still very courteous. Besides the great customer service they are VERY clean and sanitary. I'm very picky about cleanliness, and I know for a fact this place is clean since the night I stayed late I watched the cleaning crew come in and sanitize each machine inside and out.

Read a few reviews about clothes going missing and I hesitantly tried this place out. Sure enough 2 out of my 4 FR shirts I brought in are “missing”. Not socks or underwear but coincidentally my most expensive stuff. This place is definitely a no go for oilfield. If they were trustworthy I would’ve been coming back several times since these jobs are long. Instead I’ll be going often somewhere else. If they call me back with my missing items I will change my review

Great place to have your clothes washed or for you to wash your own clothes. The staff is extremely friendly trustworthy and they provide excellent machines for washing your clothes and drying. Prices are excellent here I recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed. They don't always make you purchase a card in order to load the machines with credit. They take you at your word if you purchase the wash from them you they won't make you pay until you're ready to put your clothes in the dryer. As always excellent equipment excellent customer service excellent atmosphere. Trust this merchant you can't go wrong. A+ job Town & country thank you so much.

I have been dropping off my wash for the last 4yrs at another laundry facility spending $80+ a week. I quit using the other laundry facility because as time went on the employees did not speak English and could not convey washing instructions. I was told about Town and Country and my first impressions..the place was so clean! The employees are very polite and professional. The wash is always on time, have competitive pricing and the employees are bilingual!

They changed to a new paying system. So we had to purchase a different laundry card. But the old laundry card I have they refused to refund my funds to transfer over to the new card. And the colored woman that works there was very rude when I asked her about it

Really nice laundromat with a lot of equipment, clean and operational. Separate units for oilfield and construction workers. Double, Triple snd Quadruple loads. $2.75 for double load and $.65 for 15 mins dry time. It uses a payment card, which was very nice and easy to use. The ladies working here are fantastic, very nice and helpful.

Midland lacks "clean" laundry mats. BUT this one fooled me!! I came here New Years Day as they were open. I was surprised at how clean the facility was. I took a chance & drove to this location as it was out of my way but I would come again. The thing that disturbs me the most about laundromats is the aromas that reeks from their washing machines. This place didn't have that problem or at least it didn't on the day I came. I did a sniff test on many of the machine machines before an unloaded my laundry from my vehicle. It is definitely a place I would return. Even the restrooms were clean!!! TO THE OWNER: please keep machines smelling clean. It makes your customers happy!!! My only complaint is I had to keep moving my laundry to different dryers because dryers weren't heating up.
