They threw away my floor mats instead of just shampooing them. My knob on the radio was gone I assume they vacuumed it up. They didn't touch the trunk at all. Didn't vacuum it or anything. My leather seats had spots all over them. Idk if they washed them with dirty water or used the wrong kind of cleaner or what. Will not go back here again. I usually go to island detail but I was trying to save money. Big mistake

Had the car detail ( not my car) and the wrong mats were put into the vehicle after the detailing. Contacted the owner numerous of times and they have yet to replace them after I was informed by the owner he would take care of it. This was a face to face conversation. Not holding my breath😒

Amazing job. I thought they switched my car for a new one at the dealership. Do not take my word for it, look at the pictures. There was a muddy dog riding in this car a few days ago. The owner and associates are sweet, professional, and very hard working. Big Poppa also got me in last minute for this fantastic detail. 10/10 worth every penny. Excellent price for a full detail.
