Was unimpressed with the wash quality here at the price point. The amount of dirt left of on my truck was annoying as I had to pretty much hand wash afterwards. My tailgate and the low areas near the doors looked completely untouched, still dry and dirty. Free vacuuming was appreciated but you get that pretty much at any drive-thru car washes these days.

Do not go to this car wash! I went to go get my car washed and inside the car wash somehow my back bumper was taken off on one side. So they made a claim and told me someone should be reaching out to me. No one has yet to contact me. I have called myself and still nothing. It doesn’t seem like they are willing to take responsibility. I haven’t been able to drive my car because my bumper is dragging on the floor and cannot be reattached.

Be very careful if you choose this place company!!!!! I spent several days looking for a good place to wash my vehicle, and the only thing I got from that place was damage to my BRAND-NEW TRUCK. The brushes that clean the sides of the vehicles are clearly not calibrated to protect your vehicle, and as a result, they broke a plastic part on my vehicle. After filing the claim, they decided not to pay me because they say their insurance does not cover those parts, when it is clear that the damage was caused by their machines. With this, I want to make it clear that they have very good marketing and advertising, but they are not professional at all when it comes to taking care of your vehicle. When you want to solve a problem (clean your vehicle), they give you another one (cause damage).

The crew at Tommy’s was awesome! They were so friendly and personable. The carwash did an exceptional cleaning, the vacuums were working. I like that the car stays level while you go through the car wash. Everything was kept neat and tidy, and I like the idea of a five dollar pack of cleaning supplies because I had run out. I took my 2021 Challenger through Tommy’s Car Wash on August 18, having washed my car here several times before with the unlimited monthly wash plan. However, on this day, the car wash ripped the front license plate bracket off my car, damaging some of the paint on the bumper in the process. The employee on duty, Sohail, went in and grabbed the bracket for me. The bracket ended up being cracked meaning it would have to be replaced. Sohail remarked to me that the brushes in the car wash “should’ve been open” to prevent this kind of damage, as they were instructed by the manager, Sebastian, to do so. Also, a truck which was going through the car wash tunnel during the same time as me also had their bracket ripped out too. I filed a damage claim with Tommy’s, where the manager originally said that their wash was “not capable of this kind of damage” with regards to the paint but that under their terms & conditions that they don’t cover this kind of damage. The sign outside of the car wash only mentions aftermarket parts or older vehicles, and does not mention not covering plastic parts or paint damage. They rush people to sign up for a wash plan without letting them know the risks and lack of coverage. That’s deceptive. I also want to note that the manager took awhile to respond, and that when my father and I asked for him to call us immediately (since a front license plate is legally required in TX!). After some back and forth, Sebastian finally agreed AS A COURTESY to replace the bracket- note that the bracket for a Challenger is a $30 dollar part, and we pay about $120 a month for the works wash plan for 3 vehicles. If they just agreed to replace it in the first place, they wouldn’t risk losing $120 a month over a $30 part. I will also note the car wash ripped out the new bracket. We’ve had other issues as a family- with oil getting blown by a drier onto my dad’s truck, his old truck getting part of the mirror ripped off, bent license plates, and no tire shine ever (the manager admitted to it not working). The overall lack of responsibility that Tommy’s shows is ridiculous but sadly typical of corporations the size of them. Just because they act nice doesn’t mean they care about you, they just want your money and for you to write them a review. Also to whoever the owner is- we don’t want to hear about how you “stand by your resolution”. Give me a break. Never coming back.

Car came out clean and dry. Didnt try their vacuums but the location is clean and well maintained. They had clean towels available for use to dry your car. They also had a detailing add on. Prices are as expected. Employees were friendly.
