I called and left a voicemail that I did not want to renew my car wash another month and it was renewed anyway. You can not find a phone number for the car wash and the number listed for it is the used car dealership and no one is helpful!!!!!

On 6-21-20 I went threw the car wash an the gentleman that did the prewash did a tremendous job. I didn't say anything to him and he cleaned off all the pine sap I had on my windshield from a recent camping trip. I live in Zeeland and will definitely return

I actually love this car wash. Came here when I was stopping by the bank and thought I’d try it out. Mind you my car was COVERED with little leaves I couldn’t brush off and they took the time to manually spray them all off my car. The car wash itself was quick and efficient. Only place I take my car now!

This auto wash is the absolute best! The monthly plan is a great deal and they personally power wash the hard to get spots unlike most. They were the only wash that kept snow build up from the winter. Thank you Todds!

ALWAYS CLOSED!!!! At least 25% of the time I go to use my UNLIMTED (haha!) carwash during their so called hours of operation, there is a sign out front saying 'closed'. I've used them for YEARS mainly because they are so cheap ... but beware, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, both in quality and quantity! I've emailed the car wash supervisor Steve McIntyre (email is no longer listed on website) at least 10 times over the years! Not as often, but I've included whomever is the GM of new & used dealerships as well and have NEVER gotten a single reply! Tommy's carwash is always busy when I pass on the way to and from Wenzel, there is usually a line and its more expensive, but it's a better wash AND you can actually get your car washed during business hours ... novel concept I know. I should be sending Wenzel a monthly bill for all of the wasted gas, time and cost of carwashes from Wenzel competitors when they are shut down! Don't waste your resources like I do!! (2/11 - 2pm Carwash closed again on this lovely 48 degree sunny day)

I like this car wash. $6 is the cheapest option but yiu can go to $14, I believe. It is not as fast as Mister Car Wash or Quality Car Wash but the actual washing job was good. Drying process, especially towards the back end of the car, could use some work. Overall, not bad and would recommend trying them out.

The car wash does a good job cleaning my truck but they are rarely open when I need a wash. It doesn’t pay having an unlimited wash package when I can’t get a wash. Being closed on Saturday and Sunday is a big mistake and will make me take my business down the road to Tommy’s; which is open when I need them.

This is a local business in the city where I live, and I really want to like this place. I even pay for the unlimited membership, but the results are almost always average at best. In my opinion the biggest downfalls of this place are: 1) - The attendants don't seem to care about directing you properly to line your car up with the tracks. They just keep waving you in and the next thing you know the wheels of your car are banging up against the tracks, leaving marks of the rims of my nearly new vehicle. 2) - Neither the attendants nor the wash itself get the back of my car clean. Not even close; leaving dirt and grime everywhere. 3) - My car never gets dried properly. In the winter months I am left with frozen soap and water spots all over my car. 4) - There is nothing to clean and polish your wheels. Most car washes like this offer a wheel shine, but this place leaves my tires looking dull and somewhat dirty. Overall it is an average car wash that gets your vehicle mostly clean. I sure wish the attendants would pay attention and give better guidance when driving into the wash so that your rims don't get marks on them from scraping the rails. :-(

I am so impressed with this business. I have a membership here because they always take the time to spray down the car first & it’s the only way my back hatch really gets clean. Today I brought in my car with lots of spots on it. I had parked under a tree that was dropping some sort of foliage and it made a mess of the car. The two ladies working today took extra time to spray down the car really well, making sure they got those spots. They could have just given it a spray and let me through, but they took the time to do their job well. I really appreciate it & will remain a loyal customer.

The last couple times I was there I noticed that they don't use soap anymore. Three or four rinse stations, but no soap. My van was just as dirty at the end as it was at the beginning of the "wash". No more for me. Tommy's is just down the street and they use soap.

***UPDATE: They have updated their equipment and do a good job now. I have the pay per month subscription which is a good value.*** I gave this car wash 5 tries before giving up. They can not get my black Escalade clean. The biggest problem is the back. This last time there, I asked them to brush the back, as their equipment leaves grime and dirt without the manual brushing. I was informed they don't even have brushes anymore. Well, I just paid $12 and look at the results. You can see the sand and dirt in between the water spots that their blowers couldn't get rid of. Note... my vehicle was not even very dirty when I went in.

I would highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area. In my opinion, the key things that set them apart from the competion is their prewash, where they spray down your vehicle by hand, and their dryers work much better than others I've been to. The staff is friendly and my truck looks great after every trip! If you're from the area, I would definitely recommend getting the monthly subscription, it pays for itself after only a couple washes; you won't regret it!

I love the lady that works there in the mornings and she tries hard to make sure the cars come out clean, and they used to, but not anymore. The entire back of both my suburban and smaller car are filthy when they come out. The front windshield doesn’t even get clean anymore. I have the platinum membership for my suburban and I paid $10 for a wash on my other car this morning. I’m canceling my membership today.
