Trash. First the machine took about 3 minutes to get my change back then when it did, it gave me back 10 dollars in dollar coins and then it barely even washed my car it was still a lot of dirt on it. I swear to GOD I will never go back there. And I mean never

Price went up , and my car was still dirty. After paying for 12 dollars only got a 6 dollar wash. They let me go back through.

Really enjoy bringing my car here. I love being able to take my time vacuuming my car. Don't enjoy the lurking by management.

Paid $9.00 for the same wash as $5.00. .machine didn't wash under body or throw wax . When went to attendant he try to say it was in rinse .Bad business ! You do not get what you pay for👎

The service isn’t good . If you are going to have an old outdated car wash you a make up for it with good service and get a lot of return loyalty and revenue

It's now $5 dollars for a simple wash but the nice thing about these places is that you don't pay for the vacuum, no wasting money for that.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years now. To be honest, I only come here as it's cheap, vacuum included, and nearby. But the service is horrible and I'd much rather go elsewhere if I could. They need a management change.

Horrible new system of washing before you vacuum. Someone is at the vacuums policing to make sure you don’t use it first. All around bad experience and service. After my wash there was a line of 5 cars waiting to vacuum, not to mention the line to wash was blocking in the cars the were vacuuming.

I would never recommend this place for any 🚗 service. Just a simple car inspection takes 5 hours and that's if you get your car back in one piece. Horrible service!

Bought package with tire shine but it didn't seem like it was on my tires comparing to Ultimate Shine Car Wash. They were rushing me out from using vacuum.

If you want a quick inexpensive car wash, this is the place to go. The only drawback is that the tire shine doesn’t always get all the tires.

I went to wash my car. I got there selected the $15 wash and drive around. The tenant brushed over my car too quick to remove the bug scum and sent me thru the wash. The indicator lights for the services your getting are mostly out in the wash! I drove out and got out to see if my car was clean? It wasn’t! I drove around and told the tenant that the wash wasn’t working and need to run my car thru again. He states he can’t run it thru again and will wipe it off and spray it down. They’re good for this but when you leave your car is left a “hot mess” !! I will not be going again!

Been going to this carwash for 20+ years, but not again. Very rude untrained attendant said I had to pay for wash first, wash car and then use the vacuums (like I'm trying to scam someone out of a free vacuum.) Who wants to vacuum a wet car? The building was even designed to vacuum first, then wash. There are plenty of other places to wash my car. I suggest you go somewhere else too. Let them go out of business from their own greed. So what if someone did happen to get only a free vacuum once in awhile. Is that worth chasing regulars away? Wasn't even that great of a wash usually anyway, just convenient.

Vacuums need to be replaced, don’t work, you would be lucky if you can vacuum anything up. Car wash not good and cost $9 for just the basic wash with vacuums that don’t work

Went to vacuum my car out first, as I always do. Employee came over told me I had to wash first. I offered to pay for the car wash in advance but he refused the money and cut the vacuum off on us. That’s a great way to keep customers from ever coming back. Good job guy!!!

Update from my review 8 months ago. I work at WDBJ7. I and fellow photogs and reporters have been bringing the station rides here for about two years now. We have a few cars, and they get "purdy" dirty covering NEWS. I noticed that the 5 Dollar Car wash is getting some great upgrades !!! Bradley and the gang are installing new pay Kiosks, some fresh paint, and a fresh parking lot sealing. I'm told you can get monthly rates now, and during that month wash your car as many times as you want. Check with the staff. I've always liked how fast you are back on the the road. Consistently they have a pretty good deal, and keep our rides free from dirt mud and dust !! And it's done quick. Time is everything in the NEWS business. In all the past years rainy weather in our viewing area, our rides have had a lot of mud left here. From Pittsylvania Co, Bath Co, Rockbridge Co, Franklin Co and here in our Hometown Roanoke !! I'm looking forward to checking out the newly renovated wash which may reopen Thursday or Friday April 4th or 5th 2019.
