They did a good job with my car. They started 20 minutes after my appointment time but finished within the hour. What upset me was that customers were not made/reminded to follow the mask mandate. Only myself and one other customer wore a mask. TWELVE OTHERS DID NOT even though there was a sign on the door saying the must.

Terry was AMAZING! There was another male tech advisor but all he kept saying was I'll be with you in a minute and I felt like just dismissed me altogether from the get go. Terry was courteous the whole time and a true professional. He kept me and my mom up to date while we waited there as our car got serviced, kudos to you Terry! We will always come see you and recommend you! Thank you!

The service representative was very helpful. Service was quick! They vacuumed the car nicely. Unfortunately, since our visit we noticed oil leaking either from the plug or the filter not being fully tightened so we will be taking it back. Hopefully we can get in right away.

Took my vehicle in 7/27 for oil change, fluid check and tire rotation. Dropped it off for 9 A.M. appointment and put on the envelope to have it done NLT 1P.M. Plenty of time to do the work. One o'clock rolls by and no phone call. I waited 15 minutes before I called and was notified it was going in the shop at that time. I wouldn't have been as upset as I was, but this was the third bad experience at this location. I did get some resolve talking with the service manager, but really, how can I regain confidence when it has happened to me multiple times already?

The service was for some parts in the exhaust system that went bad. The replacement of those parts were covered still under warranty. Things went smoothly and I was able to pick up my truck in just a few hours. Great job guys, thanks

My car was having a hard time starting, so I called my go to guy Brian in service. I was able to drop the car off after the shop had closed, but Brian was able to get my car looked at, got it diagnosed, and fixed. Had me back on the road the very next day. It's excellent customer service that has made me a loyal customer for going on 13 years.

Bought my truck in for the heated seats chip install. Service agents were great and friendly. Visit was shorter than scheduled. In n out very quickly. Been in a couple times for scheduled maintenance. Has been very positive and fast. Waiting area is pleasant with amenities. Can’t say enough about the service folks and work done. I went for my 6 month oil change appointment on Monday. I was greeted immediately and asked if I wanted the car vacuumed and tires rotated. I agreed and was pleasantly surprised when not only was everything done but a burned out bulb was replaced. This was all completed in about an hour. I was very impressed with the staff and their willingness to go the extra mile. Kudos to Titus-Will Lube Center.

We took our vehicle for scheduled Maintenance and general repair, the next day we had to go to Seattle. On our way to Seattle we heard this weird noise and pulled on the side to check it before going any further. We discovered the shield was loose and it was now just hanging. There was nothing we could have done to fix the problem and was happy it was nothing that would forbid us from continuing our trip and make our appointment. When we got home we called Titus and told them what had happened and was given an appointment to bring our vehicle in a week later. Mathew checked over our vehicle and the damage was discussed and it would be taken care of. It was taken care of with full attention and now it is running great and left us with great appreciation for the exceptional services we received as Titus made it right. Thank you Titus Will. I took my Santa Fe to Titus Will on December 12, 2023 for a scheduled Service Campaign. Taylor Olmedo Service Advisor #4909 checked me in and was Very Helpful. She was able to get me a Service Vehicle to drive home as my vehicle was looking at a 3 to 4 day turn around. Taylor called me on December 13, 2023 to let me know my vehicle was all done and ready to be picked up. Under Warranty all of my campaign was completed and I am so happy with the care and attention that was given to me. I Highly recommend Titus Will for all your car purchases and excellent customer service.

I was more than satisfied with my experience. Jasmine honored the price I had last been told for my transmission to be serviced, even though prices have gone up since. Also, first time customer discount and tires rotated free of charge. I like the fact that you can see the work bays and can see the work being done, so you know you're not being yanked. Five star review ,although, for what is done to service my transmission the price seems high to me. I'd rather pay than do it myself and do something wrong and have bigger problems.One last thing to mention, my appointment was originally scheduled at 4 but I got off work early and they got me in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment.

Waited 45 minutes before told they didn't have the right tool for oil drain plug for a Mazda. (Who doesn't have an 8mm wrench in their auto shop?). Told them to forget it and brought it directly to the Mazda dealer. Sure enough, they stripped the plug. Sorry, but these guys (gals?) don't know what they're doing. Used to be good, bad business now. Won't be back.

I have a Cadillac XT6 that Titus Will can never fix. Most recent issue is TPM system. Always alarming, but of course nothing wrong with it or can’t determine the issue. Seems to be the typical response from TW:(

Titus Will Lube and Tire Center in the Olympia Auto Mall continues to impress! For the past three years, since purchasing my truck, I've consistently received top-notch service. Jasmine's warm welcome and efficient handling of my paperwork set the tone for another great experience. The comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi and coffee is a nice touch, and the service itself is always spot-on. Most importantly, I truly feel like part of the Chevy family here. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed and happy with the service / alignment department. Avin was experienced, professional and honest. It's kind of a long story about the way my brother passed and I acquired the truck that was being serviced but Amanda and Avin were empathetic and provided me with everything I needed to know to have a safe lasting relationship with my vehicle and scheduled service intervals with their service department.
