They took the job even though it was an old car with caked on tint to remove. They honored their quote even when the job turned into more than expected. I am extremely pleased with the result and I will come back! Anybody with a 1 star review just didn't read the simple rules on the website or wasn't willing to understand that some jobs take longer than others.

I had a Groupon for window tinting of two windows. I requested to schedule online, and it took them nearly a week to confirm an appointment for a Saturday. The Thursday before my appointment I received an automated email stating my appointment was rescheduled to the monday after. I called, and I was told that because it's through Groupon I have to schedule during the week. This policy was not listed on the Groupon when purchased. I told the guy this and he said sorry that's the policy. Then I'm unconvinced trying to leave my job early to do this. The guy was very rude and short on the phone and I did not get a good feeling. I called back and cancelled two days later, and then I was charged a $35 cancelation fee. So I guess they can move my appointment within two days but if I do it I'm charged. Bad business practices all the way around.

Through calling around for quotes on tinting my vehicle I found Tint Palace. They offered one of the lowest prices and were able to schedule me as soon as the next day. The service was very straightforward, I dropped my car off in the morning and received a text it was ready that afternoon. My tint looks great & comes with lifetime warranty but i don’t foresee that being needed. definitely recommend Tint Palace for anyone wanting great work at an affordable price.

I live in Rio Rancho and asked a friend who tinted his windows on his car. This shop lacks professional staff, communication, or do good work. The replacement of my windshield was a disaster. It was not secured to my car in 5 different spots. I would NOT go here ever again.

I scheduled an appointment with a worker here for 9am and got quoted for 189 for a windshield replacement. Arrive at the this place for the appointment and the guy who answered the ring camera first and for most rude and tone was very much he didnt care. I showed him his business texted and confirmed the appointment through the square app informed him the appointment was w a matthew and then he still with I dont have your appointment here and the price is 230 something. He then kept saying if I made the appointment myself I said no I called and he takes ownership of answering the phone and scheduling n still cant find the appointment or the quote Iwas given. He then stated matthew does work there and then proceeded to ask if I knew if they even ordered her windshield I explained what happened on my call to the shop. And then he says the same thing. I then got upset told him this is unprofessional. My point is I dont recommend coming here.

Window Tint came out nice we were promised our car be done by 3pm didn't get get finished until 7:30! We didn't even get discount for it either. I understand when someone has family emergency lease call us to possible give us heads up or maybe reschedule. Disappointed with no discount disappointed and waiting around.I'm not available to go to work today!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONA!! Do not take your vehicle here!! Was charged more than $100 I was told even though prior to giving me the quote I gave him the exact year/vehicle I had, he said it was more bc it was a SUV, I guess me telling him the make/model over the phone didn't register it was a SUV. He sent me an invoice with additional charges including a per hour fee, shop fee, removal fee (which I agreed to) in addition to the initial cost and taxes of course, I've never seen all those fees before and we've had many vehicles wrapped and tinted both personal/company vehicles. I had a 9am apt and they were closed, he said he text me to let me know he wouldn't be there, but I literally got his message while we were on the phone after 9, first red flag and I shouldn't have left it, my fault. I was told it would be finished by 12, so no big deal, get a ride to pick it up and go about my day, I called him at 12 & he hadn't even started on it bc he was waiting for someone to help him. He never called me to let me know, I asked if they had even started bc at this point I was annoyed and just gonna pick it up, he said he had everything already cut out and he was just waiting for someone to come help. Me trying to be nice and give him the benefit of the doubt, (do not do with this guy) I left it & had to make arrangements for someone to not only pick up my vehicle bc I was at work, but also drop it off to me so I had a way to get home, it was a day filled with inconveniences bc of this business. I had to get Ubers for myself and my kids all day and to work which is about 30 minutes away. He stated he would “discount it” but ends up sending me an invoice with a bunch of additional charges, but never saw a discount. We have always taken our vehicles to Tint N' Wraps,the only reason we didn't is bc he couldn't get us in for a week, my fault for being impatient & wanting to get it done before a family trip, never again. Tint is scratched on the inside & starting to bubble at the corners. When I messaged him about it, he responded saying they were currently not open and to try back during regular business hours, when I asked if they would have regular business hours the following day bc of the holiday weekend, no response. However within a very short time of writing a review, due to the fact that by this time I was annoyed and irritated at the whole situation and seeing it get worse by the day, he was very quick to respond in a very unprofessional manner. See for yourself, saying he went above and beyond to "protect" my vehicle during the service & how I was charged the price I was given plus nm state tax, however that is not true. The first invoice he sent was $380, when I called him out on everything he said there was an additional fee that wasn't supposed to be on there and removed it but I'm sure this is his M.O. and he does this to anyone he can. He then sends me an invoice for $337, but in the review, he said he charged me $290 plus $22 state tax, another lie. This guy is as crooked as they come. He then proceeds to state that the other fees are due to inflation, be serious sir, you are part of the problem!!! Be straightforward with your pricing!! My husband and I have several business's & how you conduct business is very unprofessional & dishonest, you shouldn't take advantage of customers, especially that chose to give you the business in this economy. Will never take my vehicles there again, not even to get fixed from the awful job that was done, even if you have to wait or are quoted more somewhere else, be patient bc you'll probably end up paying more here with all the added fees they charge due to "inflation" as well as being treated like a nuisance. Save yourself the hassle, go anywhere else, says there's a lifetime warranty (unless you write a bad review) however after seeing the work, you wont want to take it back there. And FYI, I NEVER leave reviews, especially negative ones. Not a Karen like he says 😂 He also continues to change/remove his response on here bc he got called out on his lies and unprofessionalism.

The Tint Palace was great at fitting me in on short notice. I took my car to repair a shattered window due to vandalism. After, I had my window replaced I noticed broken glass was left in my door. I called the company the next day, for a resolution. The reason I was given was because there is no way to get to it out. It was recommended I should take it to the dealer to see if they can take the door apart. After, I called other local glass companies to see if this was true, I was told the opposite that it could be done. So, I searched on YouTube and found some videos. After watching a few I was able to take the door apart and clean it out myself. From start to finish , it took about 25 minutes. I feel the job was rushed and I was blown off after I called about the issue.

My vehicle was supposed to be ready at 3pm, I called at 3:30pm to see if they had an update, and the guy yelled at me telling me that if they haven’t called me yet then it isn’t ready. (Even though it was 30 mins past the scheduled end time). My boyfriend then called because he was the one at work waiting to pick up my vehicle so he needed to know an estimated time when it’d be done, and the guy yelled at him also saying he was disrupting him. My vehicle was picked up and you can’t even tell it was detailed on the outside. Water spots everywhere, smudges on the windows, tires still looked dirty as before. There’s still a ton of dirt and dust underneath and on the fenders as well. I had paid for a Groupon and even bought the UPGRADED package which was told would cover everything. And also paid $60 on TOP of that when my bf picked up the vehicle. **BUSINESS OWNER AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS ARE NOW TEXTING OUR PERSONAL CELL PHONES HARASSING US AND THREATENING US. LOL What a professional business this is….**
