Left with a large scratch on hood of vehicle after car wash. One of the kids had hit the hood with the plastic side of the brush on accident, I get mistakes happen. When I got out to dry my car in their parking lot with a microfiber towel I noticed how deep the scratch actually was. You can see the fresh clear coat peeling off. I would love to change my rating if someone would reach out. This was on a Saturday so there was no manager available. The kids inside were nice and apologetic.

The vacuums work better now and they cleaned my car well. The staff at the wash is always nice but I don't understand how they don't scrub the under area of back window on any SUV and they just slap their brush on the windows amd don't even use it to benefit the owner and their car. My car came out of the wash w dirt in all of the crevices. Waste of $14 so i will go back to the wash and get a good clean from here on out.

For my first time here, I was very impressed! Took my 06 Ford Escape hybrid here for the free Veterans Day wash, and did not expect a little bag on my rear window wiper to protect it! They also folded in my mirrors all the way, which no car wash in the Lacey area has done for me so far. There was a little bit of soap suds left over, but I came on a rainy day, so it’s nothing some rain and freeway speeds can’t fix.

Queer people make sure you stand up for yourself at this location. Also Tuesdays $3 off car washes for all the girlies just make sure you ask for the ladies day discount so you don't pull a whole Karen like I did 😅😅😅😅

Just went through the car wash and am fairly disappointed in the outcome. Still plenty of grime and marks all over the vehicle. Probably could have just done it myself and not paid + tip for service that isn’t what I was hoping for :(

This is the current and best car wash in the surrounding areas. Two staff use pressure washer to clean your vehicle before it goes through the wash. My car came out clean. The heated blow dryer was useless but most of the water dispersed as I drive. $2 discount if showing student ID. Elephant car wash is second best but only if discount code works which the majority of the time it does not so you end up paying full price. The location is just far out so it’s a matter of convenience.

Hello everyone! I was pleasantly surprised today by how wonderful the service was at the Wave Car Wash on the Capital Blvd in Tumwater WA. A young man greeted me and gave me detailed advice on which service to choose for my car. Unfortunately, I didn't ask his name. He was very friendly and a very hard walker! There were two employees. The second wonderful man was Jason M., and I managed to thank him while he was cleaning the area around the Carwash between the services. I was also pleased to learn that this Car Wash offers free vacuum service. My car hasn't experienced such care in a long time! Jason was very professional and had good bedside manners. So, I want to add my STAR to my rating of this business! Halloween is coming soon: I'll be back again so that these fairy-tale characters can turn my "Pumpkin" into a "Royal Carriage" with a wave of their wand. Thank you! Mila J

This was my first time coming to this car wash, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I had a few questions about the $9.99 first-month membership and what it included, and the staff took their time explaining everything clearly and thoroughly without making me feel rushed. Robert helped me get signed up, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole sign-up experience was smooth and straightforward. The directions through the wash were easy to follow, and my car came out looking great. After the wash, the customer service continued. Tom M (i believe was his first name). was outside near the vacuums and trash area and went out of his way to help me, explain how the equipment worked, and provide more information about the different wash options. Everyone was genuinely kind, approachable, and personable, creating a welcoming environment that stands out from most car washes. Overall, great customer service, a quality wash, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location.
