My very first Wash Tub experience was great. Please plan on spending a little bit of extra time here if you're using some of their premium wash and wax services. The staff was great, and the waiting room was clean, pleasant, and offered some comfy cushy seating. I decided to try out their $99 ceramic service, and it did not disappoint! Look at my photos if you can. My beautiful SUV looks like new again!

This morning, I experienced a distressing encounter at the wash tub. While waiting outside for my car to be washed, an elderly individual approached me and expressed a profound sense of frustration, stating, “I am tired of all of you in my country.” Subsequently, she entered the establishment. Despite the emotional impact of her words, I refrained from responding due to my respect for the elderly and the country. I promptly informed the team about the incident to prevent similar occurrences involving any of the staff members. The team demonstrated exceptional kindness and shared my concern regarding the situation. Please prioritize your safety and well-being.

Got a wash and the place has really gone down hill lately. The workers outside are really nice but the indifference of the checkout lady was amazing. Talk about not liking your job, she does not listen to you, will make you feel as if your business does not matter, did not say thank you and made her coworkers needs way more important than the customer. They used to be so nice but never again now. Too bad because U have been going there for years.

I just left the car wash feeling like I won the car wash lottery! I had my car detailed, oxidation buffered out of my car as well. My car looks brand new. I just love it. What impressed me the most was the love care and pride they put into the job they did. They were amazing. I will not go anywhere else. I’m very grateful.

Maybe I had high expectations for the service based on the other reviews. The first pictures are AFTER leaving the wash tub. The last two picture are of me cleaning after getting home. I thought vacuuming meant more than barely touching it and leaving behind dog hair and other debris from having kids in a minivan. There were still dirt spots all over the car! I had to take a soapy rag(literally just soap and water) and wash over the car. (Dirt pictured by door handle but didnt get pics of in different spots). I literally spent 2 hours after the wash tub vacuuming and washing my car to actually get it clean. I also asked for the clean car scent... but got pina colda? Not a horrible smell, just not what I wanted. Not sure if it was my expectations or just not a good job? I was honestly expecting to be amazed and maybe get a membership, but not anymore.

This Wash Tub always provides great service. I’m especially happy with their staff - they do great work and pay attention to detail. The pricing is really fair and they do offer a membership option to save overall cost if you’re interested. They have a vending machine inside for snacks and free coffee while you wait. Also, they have a 48 hour clean car guarantee. If you’re not happy with your results, you have 48 hours to return and they will wash it again for free! Excellent customer service.

They do a great job detailing my truck. My seats and mats were so bad but they got them shining like new. They also very fast and friendly. The cashier Judy very nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend this location and will als definitely will be coming back

I had a Coupon for an ULTIMATE WASH.... More than a BASIC Wash. If you take your your car to an Automatic Car Wash is about $10.00 then you Vacuum and Clean the interior that's BASIC. Well at this Wash Tube they left dirt under and over the mats; Stains on the Window; Stains on the handle; Terrible job. I went back to acknowledge of the situation as I'm always in a rush didn't paid attention right the way so...... On the first contact the older man (anglo) understood the Situation and told me he will re-do the job after seeing how dirty was left inside, he told me to come back that he will be there until 6.00pm. I had to meet a City inspector and so I went back to this Wash Tube on Bitters rd and there was a different anglo man ( this other one not that old) whom wanted to charge me again for Vacuuming the Dirt They left behind previously and so for cleaning the sits they didn't clean, the window stains they didn't clean, .... I told him " you want to charge me again" ?? and he say YES !!... but this is BASIC, BASIC work, I told him NEVER MIND, I was told the job will be re-done. After this man seemed Mad and Argumental saying that he didn't know what the other guy told me but he was going to charge me again for Vacuuming and cleaning the interior . ... I told him That cleaning and Vacuuming the interior was BASIC work and that I paid more than that. Then he pointed me to drive out and I think I overheard he sweared at me... something like ... off !?? Hope he didn't say that, hope not. Businesses should always Perform an Honest Service ; Should treat Customers with Respect ; Should never ask for how much Tip you want to give when you have not even seeing the Performed job. As a Professional person whom had worked on different Areas of Engineering and Managing personnel, I always says GO THE EXTRA MILE on your job performance, doing a little more than expected is Good for your reviews. My Parents Always told Us : Do More Than What is Been Asked For. PS: Have pictures of their underperformed "work"; My wife always complaint about having to go back twice at this place because never clean well enough the inside of the other car.

I'm new to The Wash Tub. It was recommended by a friend. The Bitters location is where she goes ... I tried the one closer to our house on Judson and it wasn't anything special. The Bitters location was head and shoulders above any other carwash I've had here in SA. Much better job and attention to details, even on just 1 step above the basic! I'll drive the extra time to only go to the Bitters location. Shows how different locations of the same business can be so different. I'm so glad I didn't judge The Wash Tub as a business by just the Judson location! Got the unlimited wash subscription! Super happy 😊

Came here for a wash last night just before close and it is by far the best service I have received. I was greeted promptly and Alfred was super helpful in guiding me through the different washes. When I picked up the car all my windows were clean, even the windshield that was super dirty. I have also never seen my plastic trim look brand new. Diego was super helpful in wiping my down my seats even though I found out it doesn't come with the wash. I am definitely coming back and telling my friends to come too. Thank you for the clean car!

Definitely come get your car washed at the wash tub bitters location. I came to get my carpets done and the detailer Jacob far exceeded my expectations. Took the time to get the job done. The manager Zack is definitely making this location better every time I come by. Never had any problems.

I have a membership and usually go to this washtub and have decent service. Before leaving I do the typical look around the exterior and just ask for touch ups on the water drips. The vacuums look good. However after leaving and upon closer inspection one time there was an oily outline of what looked like the bottom of a bottle of cleaner on the back seat. When I got home luckily I was able to rub it out. This last time I went, I noticed my console panel was gouged with something that had to be sharp or pointed. Not scratched but gouged! That was not there when I went in! We were told there was no way to prove that happened while in their care which is true. No proof except that it wasn’t like that when I drove in! Their word against mine! The guy said he would report to his manager and let us know what he said. 3 days later and still no reply. I guess we’re just screwed on this one. I won’t go back there. For the record this is a brand new car so I KNOW the damage wasn’t there when I went in.

Absolutely blown away by the service here! I got a full detail and my car honestly looked brand new like I was driving it off the lot. Inside and out was spotless. Eladio and his team went above and beyond, were super fast, professional, and paid attention to every detail. Could not be happier and will 100% be back. Highly recommend!!

When I got there a gentleman asked me the fragrance etc and put my license plate in after he told me about the roof rack and if it had gone through there before/that they aren’t responsible. I told him it had and that I understand, some heavy set guy with a resting upset face/ miserable looking like he didn’t want to be there wearing a yellow shirt told the gentleman who had approached me the same thing and then ignored the fact that the gentleman told him and proceeded to tell me again. I then repeated my self to the guy in the yellow shirt and then went inside with my children. His tone an attitude was off enough that my children asked if the man was okay and if we were good to come inside. They failed to vacuum the vehicle as well as take small pieces of trash out. When they were drying it the female working that line told them after she corrected as much of the issue as she could. After she noticed it they ignored her/waved her off. At this point I had already gotten my children in the vehicle and it seemed like they didn’t want to go ahead and re-vacuum and so we left. The staff drying it was superb and very kind. Front desk staff was also professional, approachable, and friendly. The initial interaction and service received isn’t worth a monthly membership for this location when the bare minimum couldn’t be done. Every other location I have visited always has phenomenal staff that look and act like they want to be there’s while simultaneously producing excellent work.
