Not bad! The only negative thing i can say at this time is that the blow-dry could be a little better, especially on the lower sides of the car. I'll definitely get the monthly pass next time around, though.

NO PLACE IN THE APP GIVES AN OPTION TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP ???? YOUR EMPLOYEE PUT MY CARD INTO YOUR SYSTEM I TOLD HER I WANTED ONLY 1 MONTH !!!! monthy renewal with no options to stop membership? I can't remove my bank card from the app ! screen shots of app options for account management Use this car wash if you just need your car sprayed off not sure if i can get better results due to the female employee that took it apon herself to choose a monthly plan different than what I told her I wanted " she said the $30 plan only gives 5 more seconds of blower" so I'm paying for a cheaper plan that don't clean my car, No vacuums or areas to throw away trash or to pull your car off to the side to wipe or hand towel dry ? I was not told that membership was auto renewal. I only wanted to try out for a month. There is no place in the app to cancel monthly subscriptions???

Update: I also like that there isnt a track so bigger vehicles with bigger tires can fit through. The downside is that the chassis bath will not kick on for a lifted truck as it is higher off the ground. I went through today and took a video of the dryer timer. While still in the wash bay, the dryers kicked on starting at 80 seconds, jumped down to 65 before the wash stopped. I will send this to the owners so they can address this whichever way and im fine with that outcome. I still find this to be the better of the car washes. Updated my star rating because of the prompt response of the owner and willingness to look into something which shows care for the customer. Old: I like that they are always open and that there isn't a need for a staff onsite. The undercarriage spray is too quick or won't always work and the dryer isn't always on point. No carwash is perfect.

Love this car wash always take my car there enough that I’ve got my own membership but they should really add a special membership that includes the graphene coating so I don’t have to buy a different wash and pay full price when I’ve got a membership all because I want my car coated in graphene

I have hand washed my vehicles for years. I have an Excursion (large SUV) and it makes me super nervous to even think about going through one. After heavy salting of roads I needed to get the undercarriage cleaned. I checked the website for info and was still iffy. I called the number, recording stated they could fit duallies and up to 8 ft tall vehicles. I gave it a shot. The kiosk was really easy (FYI credit card only no cash) to operate. Plenty of room pulling in. When the water hit, it was like being in a tornado in pouring rain. Vehicle was rocking from the pressure. I do have tow mirrors and it bumped the passenger side,so i quickly jumped over and folded that one in before the arm came back the other direction. Over all it did and awesome job!
