I took my 2011 Camaro to Jacob at the Hook-Up Detailing shop for a complete detail. It had previously been detailed by a guy I’ve come to believe didn’t know what he was doing with ceramic coating material. It looked good initially, but as the coating wore off it could be seen the coating was not applied evenly, and the excess was not wiped off properly. It looked horrible. Jacob worked nothing short of a miracle on this car. With very close inspection some swirls are faintly visible still, but to remove them would require wet danding and be prohibitively expensive. Jacob worked over 12 hours restoring the luster of the paint, and several more hours detailing the interior to the point of showroom condition. I have another vehicle that will likely get the same treatment prior to summer. Without doubt, i will be seeing Jacob agaid at the Hook-Up for the job. I cannot recommend this business, and this professional highly enough.

Kept me updated throughout the process, was able to get all the dog hair off my headliner and out of the carpet, and almost all the years old slobber from my great dane out of the leather which is not an easy task.
