I left my car for a wax detailing he texted me saying it was $240 (to me as of right now that is a lot of money already) but i was desperate and that was the first place i went to so i said okay, whatever it takes to remove the dirt right. I get there with my $240 cash and he goes okay your total with taxes is gonna be $257 or something like that. I told him i only brought this with me actually and he says “well your not gonna tip the employees?” Excuse me. I am all about tipping let me be clear on that. But if you’re charging me a lot already and on top of that you are taxing me…? I was honest with him and very embarrassed said “i only brought this because to me 240 is a lot of money i don’t have any extra” i wasn’t being a Karen or anything like that. It was embarrassing to me because all i saw working was women and i loved it!! I wish i could have extra to give to them but i couldn’t. This is to owner; dont be money hungry, with the high amount you charged me with, you could of easily tipped 2-3 employees. I also have car scratches after picking up my car from him :( i truly regret taking my car there

They took about 5 hours but the interior looks AMAZING I dont see any signs of where my gf threw up (lol) and it smells brand new.

Terrible experience. My car was very clean when I brought it in and I just needed them to do a wash so they could wax it. They scratched my perfect condition car and denied responsibility. Absolutely no effort to rectify the situation, they just shrugged and claimed it's not possible for their staff to scratch cars. The people who wash your car are poorly trained kids that don't care about scratching an expensive car. Incompetent. Unaccountable.

Usually have good quality work & a positive experience, except this time where I paid a total of $280 on one of their Kahuna packages for my convertible. There was a lack of attention to detail & the work was, unfortunately, very sloppy...at 1st glance car looked shiny & beautiful until I noticed the huge puddles of cleaner/water mix in my front grooved floor mats, my cupholders hadn't been cleaned, & horrible streaks occurred 2 days after I rolled my windows down; so I returned and they cleaned it again. But after that, I put the top down & noticed my back seats hadn't even been vacuumed. I noticed the grill also basically had started getting grimy...it looked like the cleaner hadn't been wiped off properly, too much was built up and just slathered on (which explains the great shine) but there are tons of bugs and debris sticking to it and just building up. Took it to get fixed and cleaned again elsewhere, they couldn't tell I had it detailed 7 days ago and pointed out more sloppiness....I'm disappointed & didn't get my money's worth.

These guys detailed my car on Saturday and it looks better than when I bought it off the showroom! The engine is spotless, the upholstery like new and the paint looks fantastic! I never thought a 10 year old vehicle could look this good! I'll definitely come back and heartily recommend them.

Best hand car wash I know, I been stationed at many States, there is no other car detailing place can beat this place for the price. They always do a great job inside and out, even just a $25 service. The wait time is ok, If you don’t want to wait, either come when they just open or drop off your vehicles. Keep up the good work! 👍

Really looking for a good place to get my truck clean. I got the basic wash which was $45 and they did a wonderful job! Absolutely worth it, especially worth it compared to Wash Tub and others that cost around the same and deliver subpar results! Give them a try!

I wanted the engine cleaned in my 1784 ed. Tundra. I did not know they took appointments. I drove in they took me right away. Very good service. My truck was clean inside and out. They even shined up my Raiders hitch cover. They also glossed my Tonneau Cover. Thank you Jose. P.S. my engine is awesome.

Used their mobile detailing service. Showed up 4 hours late. "Detailed" my car & left. The next day noticed spray paint stains in driveway. Now I'm no expert but one would assume automotive detailing does not involve spray painting the floor mats. After doing some Googling I discovered that there is such a thing as fabric spray paint however this was not listed in the detailing description nor was this discussed with me at the time of service. Not to mention the stains left in my driveway. Would not recommend this company.

After reading a lot of good reviews from Google, I took my brand new pickup truck to this hand car wash for the first time. It is Tuesday, not a busy day, and I am not in a hurry. I requested exterior hand wash. When they finished cleaning my truck and I came out of the lobby, I noticed right away that there is still visible dirty on the window windshield (Dead bug spots), the front grill, the side mirrors, and the wheels. I am not very picky but it is very obviously visible dirty. Not just that but they step on the truck interior with their mud shoes, left the mud prints on it and didn't clean up after it. It not worth the $40 when they can't do a decent job and I won't be going back.

Towed our RV over to the east side to a truck wash and then the line was out to the road. This place is closer to home (off I 10 and De Zavala) and they got us in that same afternoon. They offer mobile wash appointments, but it’s less expensive to bring your rig in. The drive was too steep for our travel trailer, but they have adequate street parking immediately adjacent the shop. Beautiful work!

Excellent work. Brought in a 2024 GMC that was absolutely filthy inside and out from a week on the ranch. Joe was friendly and very helpful. When I went to pick it up it looked band new inside and out. All dirt, dust and dog hair was gone. I even left some high value items in there I had forgotten about...still there. Definitely will be my go to from now on.

Very good job on one of my cars. Detailed inside and outside plus the engine clean. Very thorough and quick, taking only 2 1/2 hours. Will come back again for the price they are charging. Definitely worth it. Nice people to talk to as well.
