This morning I utilized a car wash service for my jeep, capitalizing on my day, and upon arrival, I was informed that the service was complimentary, as my vehicle was the seventh car. Although I do not subscribe to the concept of luck, I am a firm believer in blessings. I went to wash my car because it was dirty. Because I understand that when it is a car wash, they wash your car. But what a surprise when I took my car to be washed, they did not let me enter the wash because my car was full of mud on the tires. To which I asked the manager where I could clean my mud so I could enter the wash. And she told me that I would have to go somewhere else to have the mud removed and then return there to wash my car without mud. It should be noted that they deduct 22 dollars per month from my card. Whether I have money or not, and they refused to wash my car. I told the manager to remove me from being a member of the wash, to which she did it without thinking. According to her, but what do you think, the next day I get the 22 dollar discount... after denying me the service that I pay for, they still dare to charge me another month.

We had oil on our car from towing and he did not want us to go thourgh because it gets on the equipment. Sent us to another company with same issue. They helped us resolve the problem.

Pretty good wash, needs a high pressure rinse for the bugs on the bumper and windshield. Other than that the $8 wash got my super dirty Durango pretty clean.

FINAL UPDATE: Finally received notice that the claim has been paid...YAY! UPDATE: It's been 2 months. They still haven't paid my insurance company back for the work. 😳 UPDATE: The business reviewed their video and assumed full responsibility. I also received a call from the owner. They did a good job stepping up to the plate. I won't go through the wash again, but the company handled the situation. ***** Yesterday, my car had a run in with the automated rollers coming out of the wash, and they ripped my bumper off. Shane was very nice, but I cannot get the claims guy, Alberto Sierra, to call me back. I understand it takes a min to view the video camera, but at least talk to a very upset customer! I've been going there for several months, and am paying for the ultimate wash with no problems until now. I would like to speak to someone! At this point, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

This car wash has great monthly bundles to choose from. I have the $30 one and every time I go thru the wash my car is always left super clean. The employees are always ready to help you and are courteous. The vacuums are strong and the free towels and glass cleaner they provide to use are very handy and helpful.

Definitely never coming to this car wash again ! So much for any water and all soap in the back of my truck. The wash couldn’t even get out a simple bug stain even after I did the de-bug wash before I went through.

I just wanna give a big shout out to this car wash business and the amazing customer service that came along with it today. Herbert Greeted me as soon as I got to the booth and treat me like we knew each other on a best friend level. I’ve been in the sales industry for many years and I currently am as we speak and it’s very hard to find “genuine authentic customer service” these days. asked me if I was local or out of town and didn’t haggle or bully me to buy a membership but offered me the option. If I’m ever on this side of town again, I’m definitely coming to this car wash not only was it a quality car wash, which is also hard to find these days with the outdated equipment that other car wash businesses lack in and only used very minimal wipe down on my part when I got out. If you’re having a rough day and looking to smile or if you’re just looking for a quick and quality car wash, ask for Herbert and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Don't bring your new car here. I've had quite a few deep gouges of paint missing down to the metal and a huge scratch on the rear bumper. They'll just dismiss your claim when you say anything. Brand new car now has a bunch of paint spots missing. Not happy at all. I won't be back.

Purchased a new car .. hasn’t been a week and went here cuz I took my previous vehicle here and the whole hood got scratched and left a big one that’s longer then 12 inches … I didn’t fight on it didn’t comment on it I just let it be .. cuz I know I probably won’t get anything out of arguing about it. That experience just legit made me just get rid of my membership unfortunately.. and rather go to a touchless car wash, now I have to see how to buff it out or taking it to collision for a buff which I’m losing money on.. just beware of the mechanisms tbh.

This car wash is absolutely amazing. They have great customer service. They provide top-of-the-line products to wash your car with their membership. Options are very reasonable and generous and I absolutely love that they have the pre-wash debug area I highly recommend not only washing your car here, but becoming a member and their air fresheners are a great service wash gift from them and HERBERT AT THE FOUR WINDS LOCATION IS AMAZING He is very kind helpful and has great customer service.

I LOVE this carwash! The staff is awesome & always get greeted with a friendly smile. A few years ago I was in search of a quality car wash. I tried a lot of them. My brother said The Car Wash Express was the best he’s gone to. I was intrigued so I went. My tires finally were properly cleaned & kept the deep wet look for days. I no longer had to buy tire shine spray. That alone was worth it. Then the actual car was cleaned throughly. The price for the best wash is very reasonable. Needless to say I became a member the second time I was there. I drive a ways to get there but it’s worth the drive. The only thing I can complain about the place is that there should be more locations. It’s been a few years now & still am a member. I still get compliments on how clean I keep my car. I will continue to be a member as well.
