Very creepy experience! I have never been here before, so I pull up to get my car washed. When I arrived under their canopy, their worker guy tried to open my passenger door. I rolled down the window to talk to him but he kept on trying to open my door to get in. He kept saying to unlock my door while repeatedly pulling on the knob. When I asked why is he doing that, he became aggressive saying “unlock the door, you want services here you’re going to have unlock the door.” I got so scared a drove off.

This place is a joke, I was the only car there on a Saturday morning (11:30) they charged me an extra $10 to clean my wheels properly. I have my car detailed every week, sometimes twice a week, I’ve been all over Broward county and never heard of anything like this. $51 plus tip to clean my car!! No wonder no one was here but workers. My 1st and last time

I recommend no one goes to this car wash, as I am currently taking legal action against them because I came in for a regular full hand wash, and the owner himself got very aggressive. He tried to attack me with my 11 month old daughter in the car so I got in my car and he broke my entire front windshield by punching it. This is a terrible place and if you go here becareful because the owner has a huge temper and will attack you. Service was also terrible.

These guys are great! They really pay attention to the fone details and make sure you leave happy with your wash. The only drawback I noticed is that the bathrooms are a bit scary (and could use a good cleaning) and there was an inappropriate picture on the wall. But other then that this place is great!

The guy in the cashier (11 am) is super rude and not helpful at all. I paid 45$ for inside and outside hand wash bc of the price I thought it was going to be a nice wash bc of the price. Here you have the results, I came back to get a refund and they told me they don’t do refunds. NEVER COMING BACK, worst and most expensive carwash in Fll

I literally just pulled away 15 mins ago and this is the quality of wash I received and I purchased the platinum package with a bug removal upgrade! I really wanted to like this place. Nice people but I could have done a better job doing it myself. I've tried this place 3 times and each time I had to have Mike the manager come out and inspect the car and point out the issues that weren't addressed and basically get another employee to wipe down my car again... Today I was told I needed a wax after I pointed out the water and bug spots left yet again but then that would take me from $31 to $75 ... I declined. Even if I disregard the water/bug spots look at the console and cup holders... Just unacceptable. When I go to a car wash that does everything by hand I expect a different quality of service.

I paid for a full service car wash and cleaning almost $50 with tip! Having said that, full service does not mean full service the interior of the car was just as dirty when I got it back as when I gave it to them. I didn’t really look hard because I had gone there before without an issue. I was told full service inside the car means vacuum ( he didn’t do between the seats) wipe down dash and windows. What he did should have taken 8-10 minutes. He took 30! when I spoke to the manager Mike he stated I could bring it back in but I had told him I had already re-cleaned it myself. I asked him for some kind of compensation.. I was willing to show him the pictures of all the new clean white rags now filthy and pictures of other items and he stated the owner would not do anything for me.I could come back and possibly he could give me some kind of extra reward if I was a reward member which I wasn’t. I stated to him I was not a reward member and would prefer a credit. He said the owner would not do that. I told him to tell the owner he just lost a customer Wont be back!!!

This place SUCKS! My car was dirty inside n out. I had to tell them to clean my windshield, there were streaks allover. How do u miss that! I took these pics after they re-wiped it down. Still left Water spots everywhere n blatantly dirty inside. They also stole my tire shine. I had 2 bottles, 1 brand new n another half way. Well, they took the brand new one. Dude at the register is aggressive for no reason. He told me 40 but once the “job” was done he told me 50. I said. U told me 40 n I thought he was going to hit me from behind the glass. Like dude, if i said ok to 40 for a car wash I’m sure I can make the 50. Wonder if he acts like that with men. First n last. Go to majestic I paid 60 for a wax job n my car was immaculate! It looked like a mirror. Plus, they have an air conditioned waiting area.

I’ve been a customer since around 2014 with different vehicles. On my last visit, immediately after I returned to work after a wash, I noticed two fresh symmetrical paint chips (down to the metal) on my front fender most likely caused by a belt buckle and reaching to get the hood or windshield. It broke my heart. I sent a message but received no reply. I do hope the team is aware of the damage that can be caused wearing metal buckles in the future. In the meantime I must find a new place for service.

I will not be coming back to this car wash. This was my second visit and the service was terrible. My car was left dirty, the floor mats were poorly cleaned, and the vacuuming was not done properly. To make matters worse, when I went to pay the $43 charge for one car, the employee yelled at me in front of other customers asking where his tip was. That behavior was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and embarrassing. A tip is not mandatory it is earned through good service. Completely unacceptable experience.

I had a great experience at this car wash in Fort Lauderdale! The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Place is horrible, they use a metal brush to deep clean my wheels and scratched all four of my rims. On top of it all, they did a horrible job washing it too, and they refuse to give my money back or pay for the the scratches they made!
