Money hungry people ….. charge me $170 for car wash to do seats barely touched them so they couldn’t get stains out once somewhere else and they got the job done. You could’ve had a loyal customer overcharge.

So I pass them daily on my way to and from work and always wondered because they stay busy! Well, I spilled my coffee on my weather tech mats on Friday and I thought I was safe. I was wrong, got some on the carpet. Smell didn't start till Monday. Swung by on Wednesday and informed them the situation and next steps (because what I was doing wasn't cutting it). Well, here I am on Thursday and got taken care of. They stay busy and now I know why. Great customer service and great customer care. EDIT: I definitely won't go anywhere else.

I had a terrible experience with Butler Family Detailing. During the car wash, they chipped the paint on my vehicle and damaged the passenger side seat. I was shocked at the carelessness, especially for a service that’s supposed to be professional. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. I texted the owner right after noticing the damage — they read the messages but never responded. No apology, no explanation, just silence. Incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I expected much better and will definitely not be returning or recommending this business to anyone. If you care about your car and good customer service, look elsewhere.

I was looking for someone that can wash my engine and leave it nice and shinny the way the guys by foodtown on 45th done previously but the owner said $75 for an engine wash & "dress up"(him trying to make the price sound good).....for $75 for a 4 door sedan engine to be washed? That's a joke, I was able to find the number for R&M car wash which are the guys that were near food town. Called him up and got a price for $35.....and get this....HE COMES TO ME...sorry but $75 for an engine wash plus giving your customer attitude as if their annoying you....I'd much rather give my business to someone else. The owner with the dreads is precisely who I'm refferring too. Just in case you'd like to be treated nicely and also not be ripping off, reach out to R & M...plus, he comes to you.

Butler’s Family Detailing got me in instantly and gave me a very fair price to get my motorcycle detailed. They even threw in a wax, which was a nice bonus. Super professional and easy to work with—I’ll definitely be bringing it back in a couple weeks for a full paint correction. Highly recommend!

This is a Fantastic Car wash business that i decided to try for the first time after driving by them a few times. I usually get frustrated taking my white dodge charger to machine car washes because the machines dont clean my car well. So I took it here and got my whole car cleaned for $35 bucks interior and exterior and they did an outstanding job and treated my car with care. Now it did take a long time probably an hour but my car was extremely dirty hadn't been cleaned in months. Car looks and feels brand new. I highly recommend very good hard working company will definitely be back!!! If you want a truly clean car don't waste your time at drive through wash businesses
