I have been to this place plenty of times before and they did good work so I sent my fiance by herself and they took complete advantage of her. They charged her additional charges that they have never charged before simply because she didn't know any better. Additional charges such as cleaning the floor mats when she already paid an additional $90 for the inside detail, which the mats are a part of the inside. Really sad they would take advantage of a customer like this. We will never return.

Very friendly staff! The $23 wash itself isn’t worth it though. They didn’t clean the inside of my wheels of the underneath the inside of my doors. You’d be better off if you just went to a quarter wash and took the time to do it yourself.

Took my truck to have it detailed before a road trip to a place I had trusted and thought stood behind their work only to find that the leather on my center console had started coming unglued. I reached out to the manager realizing everyone makes mistakes and wanted to see if we could come to some resolution. After speaking with the manager I was told that the tech who worked on the truck said it was already coming off. I wouldn’t care as much if they had said we are terribly sorry that we did that but instead they had to lie and say it was already like that. I took my truck there to be cleaned, not to have someone mess up something and blame it on me!! Very disappointed after years of service!!

Go at your own risk, they damaged my Escalade the first time I ever went. Also if you call them out on it they will deny everything. Plus out of 20 so called cameras they have they will only show you maybe 2 angles. Plus the guy tried saying I did it and kept making the joke someone must of karate chopped it. Complete garbage of a place and I’ll never be back there again.

Good hand car wash. Have occasionally had to get them to touch up a spot or two but fairly thorough and worth it. Specialized detailing could get pricey but a regular wash and interior cleaning is fairly priced. Will definitely use them in the future.

For $300 and 5 hours, I definitely would have expected there to be more attention to detail. This was the first time I have used this place and my car was pretty dirty from hauling 2 kids everyday. When he quoted me $300 I thought that was extremely pricy but he assured me that they get in every nook and cranny, and my car would look like it came off of the showroom floor. Just from the drivers seat I can see multiple places that were missed, and the exterior is the same.

Paid $140 for a “deep clean” of my wife minivan. Manager claimed they would clean “every nook and cranny” They didn’t unfold the back seats so it was full of stuff they didn’t clean. They also didn’t clean the back of seats. This is now 2nd incident. First incident they broke a part of my car seat. They offered me 5 free car washes. This place use to be great. Won’t be back.

!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!! If you care about your cars exterior paint be cautious! They chipped my car paint!!! When i showed the manager, he came out with video of a different white suv with a chip that obviously was not mines to make it seem like it was like that before… that’s just dirty business… **edit to add: i looked back at my security camera videos and have proof that the chip was not there before i arrived to this business.*** I am so sad about this, will never go back. There’s a better place down the street that will not cause as much damage

Excellent service. Just pull up to the drive and they will take care of you. Great prices for a HAND wash. I paid $15 for an exterior wash (SUV). They hand washed it and dried it in the shade. Dried door jams, wheels and applied tire dressing. Don’t run your cars through those automatic washes, it damages your paint and wheels. Great employees who pay attention to detail. The waiting area is clean and there are outdoor seats as well. Highly recommend.

Car wash was great. Make sure you take everything out of your car. Just took my earpods out after the gym and put them in my middle compartment. They were gone when I got in with only a excuse that no one turned them in. I figured that out when someone that worked there took them.

This was my first time here and I’m disappointed because it looks like such a great place 😔 Paid for a wash and detail… I waited for 30 minutes before my car had even moved, I did watch two cars pass mine in line though which arrived after I had. Secondly, the inside of my vehicle was barely vacuumed, there’s obviously noticeable dirt and there were wipe and water spots all over my car. Lastly, the entire process took a little over an hour. Just not a great experience, for this price I could have gone to Texas Star and received a better wash and detail. Maybe I had a bad group, IDK, chances are I won’t be returning.

Did a bad job on washing the outside. My vehicle was still dirty. Inside was suppose to be vacuum and armored on doors and Dash. Paid too much for the job they did. I can take it to another place who does a much better job and for less

Paid $28 waited an hour and a half and they didn’t even wipe down the inside . Had to bring the car back and wait again for them to do it correctly . I think I’ll stick to my old car wash place instead of this one. Then they get bothered because you bring the car back! Bad service, NEVER AGAIN!

Just left this place. Paid 34 dollars for a full interior clean and exterior clean. Got in the car and it’s a mess. They didn’t even use cleaner, I still have stuff on my seats, didn’t wipe down the dash etc. Waste of time and money.

Paid 60$ for a wash and wipe! So wash the outside and wipe down and vacuum the inside! Wash was ok but the inside wasn’t touched ! The only reason I would go back is to get my money back!!!

I really very sad to do this I was client around 9 years but I think was enough Bad Service Manager Junior Rodriguez was rude and lied when he said I treated customers badly. Owner Regina Howerton was rude and yelled at me. I had a very bad experience at this car wash. The quality of the cleaning is poor—my car was still dirty even after it was supposedly cleaned. After this experience, I looked at their reviews and it’s clear why so many customers complain about the same issue. What made things worse was the way I was treated. I was disrespected by both the manager and the owner for simply requesting a service. The situation escalated unnecessarily, to the point where the police were called, even though I did nothing wrong. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My husband even asked the owner’s sister, who was present, to check the car, and she could clearly see it was still dirty after the service. Instead of addressing the problem, they chose to defend their employees and dismiss the customer. This business is poorly managed, the staff is incompetent, and the owner shows no concern for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or respectful treatment.
