Went to this Shell Gas in Webster, TX on Bay Area Blvd and Highway 3 for the last time. This is the 2nd time in a week that I paid $14 for $1.49 a gallon gas and gas meter on pump shows it pumped out 9.3 gallons, BUT, it ONLY put 7 GALLONS ONLY in my tank!!! I know because my gas tank takes 14 Gallons and before I put gas I saw that gas was a 1/4 tank full. So instead of having my gas tank almost full, the Shell gas pump only put 7 gallons in my car and my gas tank only went to 3/4 full instead of almost full. This is the 2nd time this happened at this Shell this week. I love Shell gas, it's the only gas I put in my car. BUT, stay FAR AWAY from this Shell. They are very fishy and shady. Something bad is happening there and they need to be investigated. Also, their air/water machine is $1.50 while other Shells are $1 or $1.25. AVOID this Shell location at all COSTS!!!

I'd really wish they would staff the store better. These poor employees are over worked. Edit: still a mad house. Sadly it's the the gas station omw to work.

Gas prices are good, but you have to pay inside because it's always broken and the employees are rude and hardly speak English. Been there multiple times with same service.

Went to this location truck stated he had been waiting five minutes and no one came to window. I am a visitor in Houston so I have to trust what it says on your site. Ended up having to turn around and go back the other way to the Exxon on the exit up.

This Shell location has 10 pumps that are newer and accept credit cards. It has a convenience store labeled “timewise” that I didn’t use, so my review & rating will only be for about my refueling experience. The day we came, there were more than 3 pumps that were out of service. It’s good that they’re fixing them, though inconvenient to drive around looking for ones that work. It is conveniently located on the corner of Bay Area Blvd. and Galveston Rd./Hwy. 3, so it’s easy to get in & out. It is open 24 hours and is very near shops and restaurants. Nice for streamlining errands.

DO NOT PUT GAS HERE. This is the second time not by choice. My brother's car was on E. The same thing happened put $25 and it started slowing down at $23 like it was at the end. I just came here to put gas this morning. I put $10 on pump number 9 and when it reach 8 dollars it started slowing down and I'm thinking well maybe there's something wrong with the hose but no the numbers were slowing down like if you have gotten to your end. I went inside and told the clerk, and he's like well we have no control over that. They are ripping people of money. Be careful where you put gas. Even with Valero, they put water in theirs. That's why I never put gas in Valero's.

Refills are 1.15 IF you bring in your OWN CUP. Refills do not state a specific quantity / oz limit on what coffee cup can be used. So using a standard coffee cup that is the same size as the retails disposable coffee cup was being used, unfortunately the Asian lady and new lady WILL OVER CHARGE FOR COFFEE AT REGULAR PRICE regardless of you bringing your own CUP FROM HOME. and on top of this, HOW RUDE THEY ARE ABOUT IT.
