My new place to take my family cars and my fleet for great care and excellent washes! Thank you for opening and doing such a great job! I'm almost in disbelief how your wash actually cleans my rims and shines the tires!!! (Something I thought was impossible to find anywhere). Your machines are all fully functional and your products flow generously - a very welcome change in stark comparison with all the other chains that have dilapidated equipment that don't even do the job at all. Juan was excellent in attending to me and made me feel welcome and appreciated. Keep up the great work and you'll have a loyal customer for life!

I visited them yesterday's. When I arrived home, I noticed some scuff marks on my vehicle. for context, I purchased this new vehicle 2 weeks ago. Updated 5/2/2025 After contacting the Manager. What followed was a frustrating series of email exchanges where they repeatedly shifted their explanations. I came by the facility that following Tuesday and After a week of waiting for a reply, I called the manager. He stated over the phone that their camera footage showed no damage. I gave him my email address, and later that afternoon, he sent me a few photos. Upon reviewing them, I noticed that the pictures and angles provided offered no clear evidence of prior scratches. When I challenged this, they admitted their cameras were not definitive due to glare, angles, and lighting — yet they still used this incomplete footage to deny responsibility. They claimed there were "spots" visible on the mirror before the wash but could not clarify what those spots were, nor provide clear, high-quality images to support their decision. When challenged on this inconsistency, they changed their position again—saying because I left the premises before noticing the damage, they were no longer responsible. Throughout the process, there was consistent deflecting, moving of the goalposts, and a lack of willingness to acknowledge reasonable doubt or conduct a fair investigation. Their emails made it clear that once a claim is disputed, they are more concerned with dismissing it than resolving it. I have since filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you plan to use this wash, be aware: if any damage occurs, you may have very little recourse, no matter how reasonable or respectful you are. Their customer service does not appear to prioritize fair resolution, only avoidance of responsibility.

I use to be a member at a car wash that was closer to my house. They went under new management and the prices soared. Juan helped me get on a family plan here at Texas Express. He walked me through it and did all the work. They also have a discount for teachers and first responders. Nice, clean, facility with a good staff. They’re open and not “under maintenance” like other car washes are majority of the time.

This place was easy access, clean & equipped with all car cleaning needs. They staff (Gavin) was super kind and helpful when I approached the start line. LOVED THIS PLACE. I recently moved to SA and was looking for a new car wash place. The service here was amazing, Tim and Brandon were very helpful and checked on me to see if everything was working okay for me. They provide free vacuum services as well as an air pressure hose. They even supply complimentary towels with glass cleaner and much more cleaner options! Will definitely be back!

Went here for a late night car wash and it was AMAZING. Peter was very helpful in choosing the wash that would work best and was so nice and helpful. I got a free air freshener and dashboard wipe. I would definitely recommend the people were so sweet and the car wash got every inch of the exterior. Thank you Texas Express! Free vacuums and microfiber towels. The customer service here is the BEST!!! Peter and Miguel went above and beyond to make sure my car was cleaned, I could tell they actually cared. They helped get a bad paint spill out of my cars exterior all while still attending to other customers and duties,this process took over an hour and the whole time I had all the help and tools I needed to get the job 👍 done customer service like this is extremely rare these days.
