This repair ended up being a tough issue mechanically and was harder to fix than they originally thought. I recently got a used civic as my daily and wanted to get a regular mechanic to maintain it regularly and with care. Zach is the most straightforward and honest mechanic I’ve met. He’s super easy to talk to and get to know. His work is done on time and he communicates everything he does. He also tries to save your wallet when possible and gives you a priority list to follow in terms of what needs work first. He also does great discounts for students, military, etc! Just got my struts replaced at a reasonable price and I feel much safer on the road now with my new to me daily. He’s an experienced, retired military jet engine technician so he knows his stuff and won’t upsell you on things that don’t exist/you don’t need! Support small businesses and give Zach a call! I’m very lucky to have found this shop!
