No one is in electronics spent 25 minutes standing pressing the assistant needed sensor and no one came. I don’t understand why they can’t keep someone assigned in electronics all the time like the Target in sand city. Very inefficient.

Terrible experience! I went to go buy a Xbox gift card for my son . and then I went to redeem it but there was only 23 digits out of 25 So than I went to the store and they couldn’t help me so they called the store Manger and she Was extremely rude her name is Jeanna and I tried getting further help and she said We were done and even after they knew this issue they left the gift cards on the shelf.

Poor team management. I seldom leave negative reviews unless it’s actually warranted. The checkout process at this target is beyond bad. It’s incredibly slow with only two lanes open during peak times. You all need to hire more people or manage your teams better. I’m not expecting German efficiency but the cashier literally taking one item at a time and gingerly scanning it and having full blown conversations with every person in the check out line is not the way to manage efficiency. Please strive to do better and be better at this location.

Target places cart monitors, which lock wheels on shopping carts 15 feet short of my car trunk at the electric car charger as I returned to load up my shopping. No warning, and a bottle of wine popped out, and I lost her 😢 😆 It is not the fault of the charger but what to do for 48 minutes while charging should be taken into account by Target and NOT have locking anti-theft until past the chargers. I gave 2 stars due to the store checker being absolutely amazing 👏 Really helpful and friendly. No, I did not report the loss of my $15 bottle of pilot grigio to management. Later at night and I had to scoot to get dinner. The store was fine, although a couple of items were merchandise isles away from each other but are very much related in personal care. (This is a heads up to buyers and plan-o-gram merchandising at corporate to think like a shopper, not put it where it fits lol)

I have always had great experiences in this store. The shelves are stocked, the staff is always friendly and helpful, I am able to easily find a staff member if I am having trouble finding some thing, and I love that there are multiple self check out lanes. Yes, sometimes the lines are long, and that’s because so many people come here because it’s such a great place to shop. Certain times a day are obviously better. It would be wonderful if they were more self check out lines, that would speed things up. More handicap parking would also be nice, because it’s frequently full, with no available close parking. Those things would easily bump it up to 5 stars. But the wonderful customer service and the good selection and the clean store totally make this my go to store.

Very disappointed in Pizza Hut ‘personal pan’ display that was installed next to Starbucks Marina Target. What has happened to this product? I use to buy the cheese and pepperoni all the time before they closed the self-serve display. Was so excited to hear it came back! I bought the cheese and pepperoni last week. Total $17. A little pricey but missed the originals. It was very large slices 4 per box. Very doughy. Ended up scraping the topping off. Guess they changed the recipe all together. Definitely not the personal pan I remembered. I remember the slices being smaller and dripping with cheese. I will pass on Pizza Hut in the future!

Feedback on Recent Target Pickup Experience Dear Target Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration with a recent pickup order experience that did not meet my expectations. Upon arriving at the store, I followed the basic instructions provided by the app but was unable to locate the designated "pickup" area. After clicking the "couldn't find a spot" button, I parked in the nearest space with my hazard lights on, as instructed, and waited for assistance. After 45 minutes of waiting, I called to inquire about the delay, only to be informed that I was in the wrong area and that my vehicle could be seen from another entrance behind me. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and assistance, especially considering my situation—I am currently handicapped and recently underwent back surgery. To add to my frustration, there was no effort made to bring my groceries to me, forcing me to turn my car around and navigate to the correct location myself. Furthermore, I received no bags for my groceries, which added to the inconvenience. This experience has left me feeling discouraged about using Target's pickup service in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that improvements can be made to enhance the service for customers in similar situations. Thank you for your time.

Associates Need Customer Service training. I walked in to pick up my order one associate just passed me by didn't ask if I needed help as I'm standing at the customer service area another associate when I asked if he could call for assistance he just pointed and said they're on their way. Two females walked up and one went to the back and the other one finally scanned my code but did not have a name tag on. She walked back up to the register empty-handed and said somebody else was coming with my bag which happened to be the same young man I asked for assistance and when I asked him if he could have just picked up my package himself he said no he don't work in that department.I live 4 minutes from this Target but I'll make sure just to order from Sand City I'd rather drive over there then go back into the marina store.

I love target Probably Marina target is the worst target around. I was there on Jun 17th, long line no one to help at self checkout so I used the return checkout wait for 10 minutes for someone to show up and clearance markdown was not give even thought sign was on the shelve. Waited for another 10 minutes or so because there was no manager around for them to check. Just horrible service all around. Wasted 20+ minutes of my time. I do not recommend this location.

Target Marina lost a $60 sale today. I needed an item that was locked up in a free-standing case. I had to walk back to the check-out counters twice to ask an employee to please help get a manager to open that case. A call was made each time for someone to open a case. Nobody showed up at that case BOTH times after I waited a good 10 minutes each time. I left and bought my item elsewhere. You can do better, Target.

I don't like shopping nowadays. At 85 years old I find it tiring and sometimes even frustrating. However, when I need something I need to shop for it and today, I choose Target here in Marina. It was the best shopping experience I have had in a long while. The Item I wanted (must mention, it was the last one on the shelf) so that too was a lucky omen. What made my experience at the store even better was the assistance I received from one of your store clerks in the TV Department. From the minute, The minute he saw me, he came over to me and asked me if he could help. I needed a DVD player, and he quickly took me to a shelf where sat a DVD player that was exactly what I had wanted ( I'll mention here, that it was the last one on the shelf) I had thought when first meeting Diego the clerk who helped me had been working for your store for a while. His approach when first seen, was so professional and knowledgable. It turns out, that he has only been working over a week or so, for your store. I was stunned when I heard that. Diego, has such a feel for how customers should be treated. He has respect for his job and he has the personality to want customers to shop again at Target. He will be a credit to your store in every way. I hope that he will get the acknowledgement he deserves. He made me realize how many amazing young people we have out there in the work place and because life has not been to kind lately to any of us- so much grief, chaos, and almost a sense of fear about the future. As long as there are young people like Diego, we are not lost after all. They will take up the baton even if it is only by being nice, thoughtful and productive human beings. I wish Diego much success in his position at your store and I feel very glad that you have him in your store. Good wishes to all at the store in Marina and also to Diego and his family. Thank you for making my shopping experience such a good one. he deserves when I first entered the TV etc Department.

This is honestly the cleanest Target I have seen. The moment I walk in I see every employee scrubbing and disinfecting every surface. The shelves were stocked surprisingly neat. Most of the employees were teens and young adults but they provided the best customer service. The parking lot is a little crowded but it's not crowded inside the Target.

I would give Target zero stars if I could! I purchased a visa gift card and when it was opened later it was all scratched up and clearly been tampered with. Went back to Target to get my money back or a new card and they would not refund me ($106), give me a replacement card, or do anything to make it right. Called customer service only to be told that they do not care that they sell stolen or fraudulent merchandise, it’s a visa problem. I went in to a Target store, Target took my money, I have a Target receipt, but it’s not a Target issue. Ok then, I’m not a Target shopper anymore then

This is one of the cleanest and best stocked Target stores that I have visited. The employees were all wearing their masks correctly and clear safety shields were in place at checkout. Our cashier was pleasant and checkout was fast and easy.

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced so far by one of their team members a guy wearing some big cubic zirconia earrings working out of the pet section right around 5:40pm he seemed like he was either stocking or getting an online order in which he walked right pass me in front of the food I was looking at for my pet he did not even say excuse me just laughed as I said excuse me and told him that was rude of him to pass right in front of me without saying anything he just laughed and walked away. I tried to mar a complaint about his behavior but no manager was available to speak with I asked if that was ok behavior for their employees to have to be rude and unprofessional. I was told no and that they were shocked to hear the guy acted that way.
