Bought a Google Tv, it broke. I went in to return it and they said that the time window had passed (by a week) to return it. So the guy (Diego may have been his name) just said “sorry, can’t do anything about it”. Get with the times Target - if you return something to Home Depot, Costco, Nike, Amazon…pretty much any reputable big box store like yourselves they return it no questions asked, as long as you have a receipt, which I did. Best Buy also has a poor return policy like yourselves and look how their business is doing…a sinking ship. Like I said, time to update your return policy: I won’t be shopping at Target anymore for this reason.

Be aware of the fraudulent charge. I got charged to my red card that something I did not buy. Target store refused to check the camera. Please don't trust the target employees. I am fighting for a months with target to dispute charge. Never use the target red card in this location. I went to Target store to buy Christmas Gift for my son. My son wanted to buy gaming machine (Oculus, lego, other toys). My father tried to use his credit card. His credit card did not work. So we decided to buy only the lego toy ($50) with target red card. I informed to the cashier that I will only buy the lego. Cashier informed me that she would not charge other items and only charge the lego. I received the receipt only for the lego toy. A few weeks later, I realizes that gaming machine Oculus, lego, other toy were charged to my card. I never purchased those and never received the receipt. I processed the dispute the charge to Target and Target requested them to check the camera.

This is the worst Target. I've always been a fan of Target, but this location is so small, the aisles are cramped, the selection is limited, and parking sucks. Its honestly not what you think of when you think of a Target with ample size departments, spacious aisles and a lovely browsing/impulse purchase experience. It makes me like Target less due to their obviously poor understanding of what consumers like about their brand. Also, they arent participating in the car seat trade in event but theres no way to know that until you lug an old, heavy carseat in. I was so excited for this store, and it's very disappointing.

I love Target. I almost always find what I need/want at a reasonable price point. The staff is helpful if you can find one to help. There seems like there is more available staff at the Target on State Street and LA Cumbre. The Target in Goleta, well, I was told several times that most of the staff rarely show up for their work shifts. The stores look clean. We didn't use the restrooms. Parking is significantly better and easier to navigate at the Goleta store. Their grocery isles are awesome! Great prices on eggs, and fresh produce.

This isn’t a target so much as it’s a mini City Target and I love it for that. Order online and pick up is fantastic. I hope they’ll have a drive up option some day too. There’s just a little sampling of everything and it’s great. I can get Organic fruit, Organic milk perfect bars, pasta, laundry detergent, kids shampoo, diapers, mascara, cleaning supplies, and toys all at one store and it’s small enough it takes about 20 minutes.

It's a great place to go to get stuff, they accept EBT as well which makes everything easier, and the employees are very friendly. At certain locations you can get a parking ticket validated but it's not always the case. I love the theme design of the store, my only sort of something I want to say is they should, but don't have to, expand their automotive and produce sections. It's a pretty big location anyway. If their store hours were longer that would also be great, but we're in a pandemic so what am I supposed to do lol?

Got in and out with the couple items I went for, no problem. Kind of a weird Target, very minimal inventory in a small space, not an actual store you'd expect when you think of Target. More of a market. As long as you know that, you're good.

I was surprised at how much they fit into such a small space! I actually like that it's smaller. I can do a one-stop trip for home essentials and some groceries quickly and with ease. The prices are average but that's ok for the convenience. The location is very convenient for me, so that's a plus. If you want cheaper, go to Ross the next block over! Having a Target in SB is awesome.

This Target is always clean, and the employees are always friendly. It's a great location. The only downside is the store is very limited in what they carry compared to other Target locations, and isn't nearly as well stocked with things they do carry. You can usually find what you need here, but you're better off checking online if it's something you aren't flexible about.

I just had one of the sweetest experiences at the Target in the Galleria! An employee named Leslie went above and beyond for me. She truly is the kindest human being. She was so incredibly nice and helpful with assisting me with my curbside order. She deserves so much recognition for being so caring and having excellent customer service. Target should be very proud to have employees like her who truly are good people. Thank you so much Leslie. I will always be a loyal Target customer because of YOU! Truly- you helped me more than you know especially because I am a Mama and had a sleeping toddler in the car. Thanks again! Leanna :)

Tiny modern two-story urban Target with most the essentials. Plenty of kind assistance. Easy in and out parking lot with half the spaces intentionally traffic-cone blocked. Unknown reasons. Pick-up spots and a few regular spots available the Saturday afternoon we visited. Facilities unfortunately in horrific condition despite sufficient staffing. (We weren't excited about cleaning the Facilities when I was a teenager in retail either... give-and-take I suppose.) Reliable visit.

I shop in your store on state street, and I wish to commend your employee Andres, supervisor on the first floor. I always need help to lift water bottles, he sees I need help, and comes over . People like that are hard to find and even harder to keep, he puts forward that extra interest and that is very rare today, I had my own store and so I'm very aware of good service and the difference in other stores. Please advance this young man, so you don't lose him ! He should have his own store, and it would be a win win for target! I will call your corp. office so this review won't get lost and find its way to the proper person. Thanks, Frances Cowling

Target is one of my favorite places to shop, but to see how a district manager treats the customers is the reason why the store would not do so well. This target is a two story target, with no shopping carts or handbaskets upstairs and don't expect the district manager to offer you a basket or any of the associates walking around with her. I had 2 reams of printer paper, 4 pack paper towels, and bunch of smaller items, items kept dropping as I walked pass 2 associates and 1 district manager.

Solid double-decker Target location with an awesome cart escalator to go between floors. Size/selection seemed more akin to a “City Target,” with a larger grocery section and less plentiful department store options. Notably didn’t have the detergent I was looking for (found at the larger Target in Goleta). Don’t worry, found more than I needed and was still able to spend over $100 when I went for one thing 😂

Great addition to the Santa Barbara retail landscape. This national retail giant has been sought after for decades. For the faithful locals who have been anxiously awaiting this day, we can now celebrate the triumphant arrival.

Target? Really? I mean, I've been to Target stores before, even in small towns, and they didn't look as poor as this store. This should be a joke!! Buy groceries from whole foods, quality is better, price is lower. almost no home-related stuff at this Target such as floor lamps, tables, etc. So disappointed. I waited so long for this to open to buy some home-improvement stuff and now, I came out with a toothpaste...

Not quite the Target where we are used to shopping. Nice store but didn't have everything we were looking for.

This has to be the smallest Target I have ever seen in my life! With only 91 parking spaces, parking is very difficult. However, it has a little bit of everything! From stationary to fresh produce to HomeGoods even electronics this place has a little bit of everything. Although I found the men's clothing selection to be a joke, they did offer some clothing for men. The children's & women's section for clothing is a little bit bigger. Do not need to use the bathroom as it is two single bathrooms! Considering the square footage the liquor beer and wine section is large. There is easy access from a bus stop directly in front. And I believe it runs a shuttle bus from downtown Santa Barbara to the Target store. It's an interesting little store but I doubt I will return.

I was very surprised to see the target was two story. I've never seen the Target that has two stories it was really modern looking very clean and not real big, even though it had two floors. it had elevators and escalators lots of glass windows it has an escalator for your cart or your stroller(remember to take the kiddos out😁)it was crazy they will take your cart up the second floor just like a roller coaster, I've never seen it before I didn't buy anything there the men's section was really tiny probably like 12 by 12 area I was looking for some shirts so I went to a different Target that might have the better selection, yes they did but it's all good
