Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm a thief and you can treat me poorly. I am a customer. I just spent $80 and was removing hangers from the clothing and the employee glared at us and said ,"Did you buy those or what are you doing!?" 8:25 pm 02/16/22, the employee at self checkout. It's fine if you want to see my receipt, whatever. The attitude was unnecessary. We did nothing wrong.

I paid for items (2 seperate orders) for pick up at store. The first order had 1 item and the second item had 4 items. Targets website they would be ready in 2 hours. I went to target after about 1.5 hours. The 1st order was read and the other was not. When asked about the other was not. The lady at the pick up area seemed annoyed I was there. She said it takes a while for to go get the items off tge shelf. When I asked how long the order would be they said I should receive an email. I never received an email. After about 2 more hours or so I went to go see if my order was ready. It was but only 2 of the 4 items were there. A different person was there to help me. She was nice. Shevsaid if it took a while to get the items other customers probably got to them first.

I went to Target to spend my gift card, I walked the whole store. My main reason was for clothes, but I have found them to be the worst place for clothes. I don't know who does the shopping for the store, but the should be fired. The worst assortment to choose from. It shouldn't matter if it was just after the holidays. I found nothing! I will not be returning. I registered my gift card!!

Love Targey.. Target. Lol.. sounds fancy.. Here in Gilroy you can experience clean Target. Although the food is on the low quality side . The Morgan hill Location is the one to go to they have everything I want and need. Shame Gilroy can't keep up.

Today I couldn't remember my Target RedCard pin to use for a large purchase. Jenny D. was very knowledgable, and helped me so much. We had several problems, none of which upset her. She remained calm & friendly, yet professional, even with this transaction took so long, that she was late for her break. I am very thankful for her help. The store was clean and well stocked. Sales visibly marked.

Nice neighborhood store with friendly staff. Bathroom isn't always the cleanest and sometimes there are no available carts or baskets. However, the do always have the latest trends in fashion and shoes and they always restock in a variety of sizes. The clearance section always has great deals and they also restock on makeup frequently. The store can be busy on the weekend and can be low on cashiers so you do need too have patience. Overall, it's a good store that slowly but surely keeps improving.

Shopping tonight was a quick stop for dental floss...the new stretchy kind by Listerine (brand name used to be Reach) I'm really liking it as it's thin enough to get between tight teeth and it doesn't separate like standard floss does. Friendly checkout lady was a delight we don't usually see.

Lots of parking, easy to find most things. Lots of local kids work here. Generally clean and not too busy. Find most of what you need. Quick same day order pick up in store and drive up. Really good for quick lab supply trip. A must for any teachers! Really appreciate the pick up by drive though during the pandemic.

Not a bad store. We generally do NOT like shopping at Target stores due to certain policies they maintain. Also, their prices are higher than Walmart. This store was clean, seemed well stocked and the staff were pleasant enough. No complaints. Like I said, we just do not like the company policies on certain things.

We are more than happy with the Target purchasing experience. The prices are fair and we need to limit contact with people. The staff we have dealt with are courteous and practice safe contact. The only complaint I have is that the folks coming out to the car in the cold and/wind always refuse a tip. Target needs to change this.

Go for Pat! She helped me in the checkout line in a way I have not experienced in such a long time. She went above and beyond to ensure I was using my Target app and getting the current coupons. She helped me navigate the app and showed me cool features that I was not aware of. She did this all on her own. It really made a difference. It was a quick checkout process plus fun and informative. The store itself is clean and well stocked but go for the chance to interact with Pat. She will brighten your day and you will leave the store with a smile on your face and a few extra dollars in your pocket with the savings she shows you on the app!

Whatever young man is working in the electronics is totally useless, myself and three other customers were standing waiting to be attended while he was too busy talking to his co worker about after work activities. To top it off horrible attitude, I mentioned the wait and he said “yeah i seen that”. Complete ignorance and inappropriate.

I like Target but I love this store in specific! Always clean, items are not scattered around and helpful staff. There is this tall, young guy with glasses he is so helpful and on top of everything. Also, when I order tru the app and get there to pick up they come out fast with my stuff. Keep up the great work! 👍

In comparison to other targets, id say this is one of my favorites. Its usually air conditioned in here, and not as busy as other locations. I give three stars based on the overall price and quality of the products sold at target.

The Target in Gilroy is always clean, well organized, and easy to shop in. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I can usually find everything I need in one trip—from groceries to clothes to home goods. The store is stocked well, and checkout is always quick and smooth. Definitely one of the best places in town for convenient shopping!

I was looking for purple manic panic hair dye and couldn't find it. Shane immediately noticed I was having trouble and came over to remedy. He helped me look on the shelf and when we still couldn't find it, he scanned and checked the stock and then went to the back and grabbed a whole box of them. Shane was friendly and polite as well as efficient in getting me the item I needed. He didn't just do the bare minimum, he made me feel as though he also cared about me getting this item as much as I cared about getting it. Shane exemplifies the customer first ideal and honestly more employees should be like him.

I was having trouble using the Target drive up and Jasmine took her time to wait until I was able to locate my order. Her patience was super appreciated, especially since I had a little one in the car with me and didn’t want to have to get down and go into the store.
