Not sure why I received a text message to complete a review when I didn’t give the store manager my information. He refused to put air in one of my tires unless I was getting an oil change even when I told him I was a customer and I’ve gotten air there a few times before. I will not be returning!

Usually we go to Zelda Rd but we were near Eastern Blvd location. Very different vibe here, we will not be back. Their customer service was subpar compared to other locations and they wanted $180 for coolant for a Kia Sorento? Nah

They pulled my name up in the system and seen what I usually get and I was asked did I want the same service from last service and I said yes. As they draining my oil out of my truck, the lady tells me the price is $108 and I asked her why because it’s usually $49.99 + $7.99 for and extra quart and the first lie was that the price went up. So I asked can I see the screen with the receipt and they was trying to charge me for synthetic oil. I told her I don’t want synthetic oil I want the cheapest one and then the next lie was that they no longer have the one I get but why wasn’t I told that when I was asked was I getting the sane service?? So I went to American Lube Fast (way better) and was informed that there was no oil in my truck which means they just drained my oil without letting me know and could’ve locked my engine up.

The guys that were there were great! Everyone was laughing and in good spirits on Christmas Eve! They helped me out with the oil change that I needed and did try to sale me something I didn’t need.
