I've been going to Take 5 for a while, and always had a generally good experience. However, I had to post about this last time I went because I got such incredible service I have to share! I believe her name was Sophia, she was so kind and explained everything perfectly in a way that made sense to me. I felt comfortable and trusting, usually I'm nervous about car stuff but Sophia made me 100% confident I was getting great service. I will never go to a different location, I will ALWAYS come to this specific location as long as Sophia is there. I was also impressed she was the only woman there, but she was obviously extremely knowledgeable.

The 2 gentleman that worked on my truck brought to my attention some major mistakes that were done to my truck at the Service when I went to the Toyota dealership. They went Above and beyond just an oil change. They were friendly fast, but never made you feel like they were in aAbove and beyond just an oil change. Worst experience I have ever had Dropped the oil cap into the engine compartment Felt the car moving like they were taking the plug out No they removed the bolts holding up the front air dam They told me everything was good drove on the street home no problem Today I get on the highway 60 miles per hour and the plastic folds back under the car Stop to look and that’s when I see they didn’t put a single bolt back in

Went to Take 5 yesterday at 21 and Texas Ave and had a great experience like I usually do at this location. The two gentleman that were working on my truck were super cool and very friendly.
