Made mistakes on 2 of my personal vehicles. First one they didn’t put the filter on right and the drained out on the ride home, second they didn’t put the skids plates on right and that one left me helpless on the Highway. Gave them two chances. Not going back.

This was a fantastic experience! I have a 6 year old car that has almost no Mike's on it. It was telling me on the dash that by time I was 18 days overdue for oil change, but by milage no where near. The guys checked the oil, and told me it still looked brand new and said I didn't need to get an oil change. What a refreshing burst of honesty. It reminded me of the movie " Miracle on 34th Street". They did note my coolant was lack, and had probably never been changed, so we did coolant instead of oil. It was unbearably hot that say, but the guys worked hard and efficiently. It was overall a great experience. This was the place on Allouez Ave in Green Bay... highly recommend!

We waited for about an hour until finally being helped. We were parked in the building for at least 45 minutes of the hour. They had 3 guys working on the car next to us and once they were having the lady idle for her coolant Brian was taking selfies and filling up the fridge with water (that already had water bottles in it) while Anthony took charge and finally started on us. I think with the price we paid and the time it took it was a pretty disappointing experience. Thankful Anthony realized he could get started on us.

I had my second oil change at this location recently. I’m very impressed with the customer service. They were very informative, extremely polite and very efficient. I felt like I was the most important customer they had while my car was being taken care of. I’ve usually gone to the dealership where I’m asked to hand off my keys and and that’s about it there’s no conversation. Here I did not have to get out of my car. I had a very little wait while they were working on someone else’s car and the gentlemen that worked on my vehicle were very professional.

I called the number and the person on the phone gave me the wrong price and the wrong oil for my car. Had to pay a lot more than I wanted to when I got there not very happy.

So I have a car that I got with very few miles on it. By the date, it was 18 days past when oil should be changed. By mileage, I still had another 2000 miles to go. My oil was pristine yet when they checked it and showed it to me. Looked brand new. They told me I don't need oil change. Very honest of them to do that. Did check coolant, though, and it was black. Result if being in car for 6 years rather than mileage. So instead of oil change, got coolant change. Guys were so nice and hardworking despite it being 100 degree heat index. Brought me cold water right away upon arrival. GREAT SERVICE!

The tech was very kind and knowledgeable, but I was leaving out of town heading into a snow storm and they did Not fill my fluids. I ran out of windshield wiper fluid and now I wonder what else they may have missed. We had talked about adding coolant… but I don’t know if they did. I had to stop along the way and add window fluid because I was not able to see with the slush and bad road conditions.

Just got my oil changed, coolant exchanged, new air filter, and wiper blades and Brian was absolutely amazing!! He explained everything to me, and showed me why it needed to be changed and didn’t undermine or try to sell me something I didn’t need in anyway! He was the best! He will definitely be getting my services again!!!

Came in yesterday and I cant remember the younger fellas name with the beard or the thinner older fella who worked with him, but both guys seemed like good people. The service was good, they werent too pushy with any additional services, and as always Ill be back.

They messed up filling fluids, laughed about it, sent me to an auto place for massive oil leaks (that i did not have, so assuming cahoots), and left my car smoking every time I start it. Have no idea HOW they are getting any decent reviews.

My drain plug was loose and when I called for a quote they told me the wrong price so I ended up paying $30 more than I thought was going to. The workers were pleasant though, nothing wrong there.
