I’m so tired of this place being closed. You gotta fix whatever these equipment issues are. I’ve probably showed up 15 times during regular business hours and it’s not functioning. I even got stuck in one of the other locations because they turned it off not knowing I was in there. This time I showed up and they made us go down to the Desoto one because they were having issues. When we got to the Desoto one it was closed too. We went back to this one and they let us in because it was “fixed.” But we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for them to power it all up. They should have just told us it wasn’t ready yet. There was no way to get out because the other customers were behind us. We finally went through and they hadn’t turned anything on. So we came out covered in soap. They let us go through again but at this point there were like 10 cars in front of us. After 1 hour we finally had a 3 minute wash. Probably not gonna keep my subscription. You’re running the employees ragged trying to service things because they don’t have enough support.

Worse place ever overpriced and your vehicle doesnt come out completly clean. For the price they charge they should pay for better equipment vacums dont work or barely suck. Explains why nobody is there ever

Precilla at Cedar Hill Take 5 came over to the Desoto Take 5 car wash to resolve a customer service issue. She went above and beyond to resolve my cash refund. Awesome service and Professionalism. Pay $10 to go through this car wash and my car is still dirty. A waste of money don’t go here. oh, and on top of that, the guy that usually washes your front and back window did nothing.smh It’s hard to find good help

Pricilla is amazing!! I’m so glad we came in to her Cedar Hill location to replace a lost sticker. We had an old type sticker so she jumped through hoops to get it replaced. And they’re doing major upgrades to that location! Yay! Finally! Great job Pricilla!

The prices are way too high for the quality of car washes here. We got the 2nd highest price wash and had to wipe down the car for a while to properly clean it. There was a lot of soap left on the exterior of the car and the tires werent cleaned well.

I had my car washed here last Friday, as the wash was nearing the end I felt and heard a jerk. Looked at my car when finished and a part of the bumper had been pulled off. The manger Pricilla was notified and she went back and was able to find the piece in the wash bay. She took a report on the damage and I have yet to hear from anyone in regards to repairing my car. There is no phone number for corporate that someone answers. Needless to say I will never return . And after all that the car still had soap all over it and was still dirty. 12-24 update I have been patiently waiting for three weeks to have someone contact me about damage to my car. Calling the number to the car wash is no help because nobody ever answers or returns calls with messages left. My contact information was given to the manager as well as the website claim . I would appreciate a simple folllow up phone call.

Omg Sydney at cedar hill is the best she is definitely a hard worker. I have a membership and every time there is a guy/man they barely touch my window and car just don’t like to work. To be honest, it’s always the women that does a better job hands down to them.

WASTE OF MONEY! Car still very dirty. Kindly asked for a rewash and the manager said there was nothing he could do about it. He refused to provide his name and handed us a customer service card. We reported the poor quality of service and found out Chase is the SM. Waiting to see if we get refunded our hard earned $27 that was used to pay for the car wash.

I recently visited the new car wash, and even though they had a small issue when they first opened with the water system, the staff handled it so well. Priscilla was extremely helpful—she apologized right away and made sure I was taken care of. She even allowed me to run my truck through a second time to make sure it was fully cleaned. Thanks to her great customer service, my truck came out looking spotless. I really appreciate businesses that go above and beyond for their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped at Take 5 in Belt Line Rd, Cedar Hill with a concern regarding the drive-through car wash sticker which came off the windshield and got lost. Ms P (on-site manager) and her staff were super very friendly, courteous and helpful. Though at the moment they could not resolve my concern about the car sticker, Ms P took the time as well as the interest in trying to find a reasonable solution for me. She was successful and provided me with the information needed. Giving it 3 stars only due to the young man who assisted me yesterday. He was very friendly, and offered great service. However, the price I paid was not worth the wash. Soap was still running down my windows as the dryer started and my vehicle was still dirty after.
