This was my first time at take 5 car wash and it was awesome definitely coming again. They have really good discounts and their vacuums are super flexible and i am able to easily vacuum my car as well as under the seats!! Isaac was very helpful as a first timer, def deserves a raise!!

Terrible customer service by employee Jessica. She refused to let me through just because I have the pass saved in my Google wallet instead of having the sticker on my windshield. She also refused to assist me in canceling my membership as well. Usually the employees in this location are great and helpful but I was extremely disappointed with this rude employee today and will be cancelling my membership. I would also like to add, I have multiple passes for other business and this is the only one that has an issue with me saving my passes in Google wallet. EDIT: The phone number received in the response to this review is not a working number. All I get is the link to send an email, which I did but have yet to receive any kind of assistance in cancelling my membership.

I would like to share that every time I wash my vehicle an employee named Rob always greets us with a friendly and professional customer service. We can see he is hard working and enjoys his job. At one point I offered Rob A monetary Tip and he would NOT take it. He said it was his job. That shows integrity. I'm very happy with going across town to wash my SUV because of the service rendered.
