I just paid my membership today from this location oct 17, 2025. The carwash tunnel is down. I drove 7 miles to get my car washed before moving. I asked the lady when it will come on she said she doesn't know. They should at least put it on their Google maps so people know and not drive here expecting to get their car washed!

Good Car was besides every summer the compressor is broken and you can’t blow your vehicle out this is one feature I love about this car wash. It takes so long for the owner our who ever to repair this issue and Auto Zone is right next door. The people that work there are great and helpful.

It seems like this car wash has gone downhill since it changed brands. One of the main reasons I like this car wash is the towels they offer to dry vehicle. The towels are not always available. Vacuums are weak and they got rid of air blowers

Went to this car wash on June 10th. After I was done I drove home right around the corner and as soon as I pulled in the driveway and got out I noticed the car was still filthy. Just to clarify this is a brand new SUV only a few months old. It is not like 10 years old car not having been washed for over a year. The front, sides and rear of the car is still completely filthy. I'm not one for leaving negative reviews but I reached out to them directly via their website and even offered to give them the photos I have posted here. I received no response from them. You can see from the images I am not nit picking about a small spot or tiny area. The car as a whole appears like it just moved dirt around it and did not clean it off. Maybe the car wash did not clean correctly? Idk. But this was my experience with the car wash and further experience when I tried reaching out to them. Not great.

After the car wash, I used their vacuums. At the spot I went to, one of the vacuums didn't work, and the other one on the other side wasn't sucking. I moved down to another spot. After walking around my car, I noticed a lot of dirty spots where the brush just skimmed the vehicle by its tip. I'll add photos, but it's hard to tell with the pictures I took. I recommend going to a different location and a different car wash. I have a BMW X1 for reference.

Take 5 Car wash used to be my go-to car wash because it’s conveniently located near my neighborhood. I also liked that, compared to other car washes, they offered wash cloths and cleaning chemicals for the inside of your car. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve been there, the towels were either dirty or not available. Today was my last straw. The trash cans were overflowing, trash was all over the ground, and there were no wash cloths or cleaning sprays at all. I also had to move to three different spots just to find a vacuum with decent suction, since several weren’t working or had very low suction. Overall, the place has gone downhill, which is disappointing given how much I used to like it.

I had an amazing experience at this car wash today! From the moment I pulled in, Ed greeted me with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm. He was incredibly helpful in explaining the options and making sure I got exactly what I needed for my vehicle. Ed went above and beyond to ensure my car came out spotless — the attention to detail was outstanding. The wash itself was quick, efficient, and left my car looking like it just rolled out of the showroom. It’s rare these days to find such great customer service, but Ed truly made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. If you come here, ask for Ed — you won’t be disappointed!

There has been numerous times I have came to this car wash, that is suppose to close at 7pm. Im here at 6:27pm and the blue cones are up as if closed. I drive out of my way to come here. Yes I have a membership. I'm just going to cancel. It's scratching up my car and rims anyway.

I am a regular at the car wash, usually the one closer to my home but I have visited others and always with great satisfaction. This time was different, the guy who guided me on to the rail must have been new because there was a weird slip of sorts with the vehicle. He didn’t react so I didn’t think much of it at the time. The next morning I woke and saw that my two driver side rims were damaged. I plan to contact the car wash but received this text on my experience. I’d be happy to update my experience when my issue is resolved.

As someone who takes very very good care of all of their cats, a detailer, and someone currently restoring his Mercury to its former glory, Take 5 impressed me. I was initially greeted by Matthew I believe his name was. He was a taller very sweet gentleman. He was joined by Anthony and together they explained the process and membership. I was a member of Tommy’s Express in Florida before I moved, and I think Take 5 is a fine replacement. The second two times I came (by no fault than of my own) I was helped by Anthony who very thoroughly helped me. And I could not be more thankful. I had seen some reviews about the vacuums, and while they don’t pull the carpet off my floor, they do an adequate job. However I do very much appreciate the towels and the window and interior detailer. I’m definitely a person that comes back with updates, but as I stand right now, Take 5 and Anthony do just fine by me.

The car wash was great easy 10 out of 10 from when I first pulled up the staff was friendly. The pay station was quick fast and easy and the wait wasn’t long. As far as the wash Kyai (I believe I spelt it wrong) But she was amazing. She made sure she got the back of my car really good and she had great customer service. The vacuums were amazing and the detailing was great. It truly is a great place to get your car washed. Highly recommend.

I just ran my Jeep through this car wash and it looks like it didn’t even touch the dirt. The windshield is still covered in smudges, the mirrors and windows are streaky, and the front bumper, hood, and back hatch all still have visible dirt, spots, and even bug splatters that didn’t budge at all. For the price, the car should at least come out looking somewhat clean — instead it looks exactly the same as when I pulled in. I took pictures right after the wash, and you can clearly see how much grime and residue was left behind. It honestly looks like the machines aren’t maintained or just don’t clean with any real pressure. Super disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.
