These dudes are awesome. I came by in my older classic truck and just wanted to use the vacuums. They let me in for free. Came by a second time in my other truck and there was a long delay at the pay kiosk due to another customer being upset I’m assuming.. anyway they let me through again free of charge for the delay. Really really good customer service.

Purchased an unlimited plan almost 2 months ago and never received my barcode to redeem it. I have emailed their customer care team numerous times with no response whatsoever. The local carwash in Riverview, FL has been absolutely no help and basically told me there is nothing that can be done.

Great car wash—fast, efficient, and the results were solid. My car went in dusty and dull and came out looking clean and polished. Staff was friendly and attentive. I've been through several car washes, and this one is the best. I have a minivan, and other car washes leave the rear hatch about 40% dirty, but this one cleans it almost completely. The sides are also super clean. In my opinion, the equipment in this car wash is among the best. 👍🏻

I used to come to this car wash for all 3 of my cars until i recently had an incident on 12/17/2024 right after 5:20pm (Sale # was 41238967557) where the dryer roller came down at the end of the wash and while the rollers on the tires were pushing me forward the dryer roller was pressing against my jeep windshield. It pushed about 3 time and on the second time it cracked my windshield and the 3rd it cracked it even more. I immediately went to the worker there and told them about it calmly cause I know accidents happen and she took my information and filed an incident report. I was told that the manager would be contacting me. I did let them know that on the right side of my windshield there was already a crack in the bottom corner but the new crack was on the drivers side and had no connection to the existing crack. I waited for a call or an email from the manager for over a week and a half and nothing. I then went back and talked to the manager and it was like he had not even heard about the incident. I went through the whole thing again and he said he would follow up with me within the next couple days. He also told me that because my windshield was already cracked that it was compromised and they probably wouldn't do anything. This is just a way to get out of being responsible. the cracks are completely unrelated and now I have one on my drivers side that impairs my view where as the other one didn't and it happened because their machines did not work properly. If it was working properly and this happened and it expanded an existing crack then that's understandable, but that's not what happened. So he told me he would contact me and i heard nothing for another couple weeks. I went back again and the manager (Patrick) was not there but i talked to another employee who called Patrick and was told that they denied responsibility because there was already a crack but he would look into it again and contact me within a couple day and guess what...that's right...still have heard nothing. This place has gone downhill ever since take 5 bought them and not taking responsibility for something that is clearly their fault and not even responding is beyond me. The fact that they are not willing to take care of a customer and just looking for ways to deny responsibility and then not even respond is extremely poor business. They also tried to tell me that I could go through my Insurance and get a free windshield and I was like this is not my fault and you want me to put a claim on my Insurance that will cost me a policy increase later? Absolutely ridiculous and incompetent in my opinion. If someone reads this and cares about their customers you need to take care of it!

Awesome experience with Rose and Zander! Stopped in to get a wash the weekend after Christmas, it was very busy but they kept everyone in order and made the whole process a breeze! The wash itself was also great as my car was DIRTY after driving 1000+ miles! Can’t recommend enough!

Debated on how many stars to give. I’ve been using this place for a little over a year however, recently bought a new car. My old car was a beater but got the job done. Black car with scuffs already everywhere. My new car is silver and well, new. The last two times going to get it washed I’ve now left with scuffs and scratches that were never there previously. (The first time I was unsure whether it was from the car wash or not). Now I can verify. Photos show. Extremely frustrating.

Wouldn’t expect any kind of over and beyond service at a drive through car was, but Andre finds a way to go over and beyond. Nice guy! Also love this card wash. Machines always work and the dryer is really good and don’t leave my car damp like my hands are after using the hand dryer at a Walmart. Happy this place is so close to my house.

Great help from Sebastian from take 5 car wash, had trouble at first with the payment machine, without asking, Sebastian walked up and gave great customer service in helping with information about the different options the monthly plans have. I had a buildup of dead bugs in my front grill, told me about the bug washing station & proceeded to ensure all the dried bugs were removed in the second wash. I absolutely recommend take 5 car wash for the great service and information that this business has to offer.
