We were about to purchase two memberships and a guy with glasses came out running saying he couldn’t help us and stated they had new brushes so he couldn’t let us through the car wash because we had a little bit of mud near the bottom of the car and it would ruin his new brushes. We asked if there was some to pre rinse/scrub he couldn’t because his hand hurt so we had to leave. It was a lazy approach, and lost two customers for membership.

The past 5 times I've tried to use my membership at the place during normal operating hours the actual car wash is shut down but the vacuums are open. What is going on at rhis location? How do I cancel my membership and get refunded for the past month that Ive been unable to use my membership?

I’ve tried this car wash four times. It doesn’t get my car clean whether I go through the automatic or the manual side. Spot free rinse is far from spot free. Which leads me to believe they’re using very low quality water for their car wash. Today I went to every single cycle including the brush and my car still was not clean. I realize that I’m going to have to put some extra work into getting my car clean when I get home because none of these carwashes get them perfect. But after coming out of this I feel like I have to go to another car wash and re-wash my car just to get a baseline upon which to finish washing it.

I can’t say enough about this place. I think I go every other day when it’s sunny. The staff is amazing and about that, these usually kids or young adults are the ones who are taking great efforts to clean your vehicle before it goes into the wash. And that may not seem like a lot of work. But consider the temperature that they can be exposed too. Anywhere from extremely cold temperatures and you add cold water to it and its even colder. The summer heat can be brutal and add humidity to it. Just imagine, so y’all need to be tipping these people to show them that your hats are off to them for what they do. Because we all go there not to be in the heat or cold, because we can afford not to do it ourselves. So bring a few loose dollar bills and you never know, but speaking from experience they spend just a little time to make certain they scrub down your vehicle. Oh and you Take 5 Car Wash employees you Rock. Y’all get the job done right and a shot out to your manager, Thank you for taking extra time to help remove those pesky toll stickers. Everybody Rock-n-Roll your way over there you won’t be disappointed.

I had to go to two different car washes to get the truck washed. I have a small black SUV and unfortunately your wheel scrubbers don’t like to clean the rims. So I’ve had to go through in the back into my truck was missed completely by the wash system that was really for the most part. Make sure if u do try and get a refund u do it at the store and in person. I have to deal with a computer after a person and on line.

I went to get my car washed today and got a full auto detailing. They are offering auto detailing starting soon. Today they offered to do my car at no expense to me. They told me today they were fine tuning this new service offering and they were checking time efficiency and quality of the finished job. Well, they Poked Average in the Eye at every level. Took only 7-8 minutes and it was deep cleaned, inside and out. All glass, dashboard, seats, flooring and tires, and a fresh clean car scent. They were young professionals and they blessed me today. This will be a nice enhancement for our family friendly local care wash.

Supposed to open at 7…it’s 9:15 and not open. Update: came in a week later at least it was open, but whenever I went through, none of the brushes ran, I had to go through a second time. Thankfully, I have a membership so it didn’t cost me anything extra. However, as usual, the people who brush the sides of your car in the back of it barely did it, it’s very cursory, there was still a ton of dirt left on my vehicle after I went through. This is the normal, I will likely be canceling my membership. It’s just not worth it.

$562.00 in damage. Guy at body shop says he hears this all the time from Take 5 customers. Small print says it’s my fault. Take 5 takes zero responsibility. If they told me that immediately I would have dealt with it. Instead they give you a baloney number to call and never return the call. The response to this review will have the same baloney phone number that leads you to a call center out of the country. Overly aggressive brushes that leave scratches and other damage. Not worth it when there are so many other places. And their vacuums aren’t very powerful but that’s the least of the issues.

Pretty good price wise- you might as well get the membership because it costs that just for one wash. I go here because it's close to my place... So it's convenient. Customer service has always been great at this location. The brushes do create small scratches in your paint tho. So I will be cancelling due to that. My favorite place to get my car washed. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. The last time I was here one of the employees (not sure of name, spoke Spanish) saw it taking me a long time to wash my car mats and offered to clean them for me. If that’s not 5 star service, I’m not sure what is. This time the manager himself helped me get everything situated. Always leave here with a perfectly clean car!

I paid 27 dollars to clean my car after a road trip. I knew it was dirty so I bought the best one and it literally didn’t clean a single part of the car the windshield is still covered in bugs the front of the car looks the same and the back of the car looks the same. This car wash is so bad it couldn’t even clean the dirt off of the sidewalls of my tires. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. This place is a rip off if anything my car is dirtier than before now because there’s a ton of water spots on it. I could’ve cleaned it better by spraying it with my garden hose for 30 seconds. If you want a clean car DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give it negative stars I would. LISTEN TO THE 2 star Yelp reviews this place sucks
