Customer service was great this wash is a problem for my front license plate I've come here a few times and my license plate was bent both times. Needs the wheel cleaner add on if we are going to get charged for it then it needs to be incorporated. Other then that good car wash.

Horrid overseas customer service. You can look up some pretty wild stories of how this company treats its customers. Here is mine: April 11 - I locked in a new monthly rate online. Confirmed via email. April 17 - I visit the car wash. The RFID scans, but says membership has been cancelled. Staff on site confirm it is cancelled. April 17 - I call customer service and use the automated system to confirm membership is still valid. April 18 - I visit the car wash again. The RFID scans, but says membership has been cancelled. Employee walks away. April 18 - I call customer service and talk to a representative. We have a really hard time understanding each other because they've outsourced their support to an oversees company. They ask me scripted questions over and over again. It is clear they don't understand the situation. They eventually confirm that my membership is still active and not cancelled. I ask for email confirmation so I can show the people at the car wash site. I never receive any email. April 19 - I visit the car wash again. Still saying membership is cancelled. The kid on-site is unable to discuss the situation but lets me through after showing an email. April 19 - I try calling the car wash site in hopes of speaking to someone no overseas, but they do not answer the phone. I leave a voicemail. *still waiting for that call back* April 19 - I submit a service request stating: "Visited car wash and they are saying my pass (insert # here) is cancelled. Can someone please resolve issue with account?" in hopes of getting a different customer service person that can help. April 22 - I receive a reply: "We apologize, but Customer Care cannot fix a RFID issue, please ask for the Site Manager." Before I can reply that this is not an RFID issue and that Site management is unavailable, I get another reply from the same person: April 22- "[...] has been deactivated and your credit card will no longer be charged for renewal." I reply that I never asked for a cancellation. April 23 - "We apologize for the confusion however, customer care cannot re-activate a membership plan. This must be done on-site with a credit card." Now imagine that something went wrong. Maybe your vehicle gets damaged, or you are unable to cancel the recurring membership for over a year like others have experienced. How likely do you think it is that this customer service department will be able to help you?

This place was great when they first opened so I bought a membership. Now they use way less water, and move cars through faster. They barely rinse your car before the rotating brush hits all the salt and grit. My car is always soapy after the last “rinse”. Don’t go here if you have a new car. It will get scratched.

I give them a 4 because the dryers don’t dry very well. It would be nice to have a floor mat washer. I was with another car wash company and they also had air guns. Those were nice to blow off the extra water on my vehicle. Overall, the staff are really nice and professional! The car wash does clean my vehicle.

The workers are very rude and the manager is extremely disrespectful. I have a membership at Take 5 Car Wash, and when the gate didn’t open, the manager treated me very badly and didn’t provide any service. I don’t recommend using this car wash.

Neighborhood carwash and convenient location. Clean. Nice service. Rags are not cleaned of debris and is caught in the fibers. The attendants do not apply prewash to both sides so why bother? The reciprocating brushes are very rough on contact and collapse my mirrors. Blowers and rinse angles do not hit mirrors or the rear of my pick-up.

The car wash can't get bugs from the front of the car off or bug smears from the windshield off, even after going through it twice. The Vacuums don't suck. And everytime you have to ask for them to come and clean the catcher/filter. One time I asked if they could look at it on why its not sucking properly, I was told that's just the way they are. Didn't even bother cleaning out the filter, or hose.

The best offer on the market today, considering all the accessories you provide for both interior and exterior car cleaning – You guys are simply the best! 👍 Every time I come to wash my car, I appreciate the clean cloths, various cleaning products, and even the option to use a tire inflator – everything is available on site. Plus, having a compressed air gun to dry the edges and corners is such a life-saver. Amazing service and attention to detail!))))… Thank you 🙌

Car wash damaged my car!! I had a bike rack connected to my rear bumper hitch. I have been thru many washes with 0 issues. When I went to speak to manager, first thing she said was "we're not reliable for after market items on vehicle" and pointed to two tiny signs with print hardly readable from car. I asked why the employee that came out to the car to assist in wash selection didn't stop me! She said they had a sprinkler line break so the lights weren't on and it was probably hard to see. If he couldn't see this big bike rack, how am I supposed to see the signs that say no after market items on car?? Car wash should of been shut down if it couldn't be operated correctly. Sounds like negligence. I will follow up this review pending the incident report investigation. I'm not the only one in this review section with this problem.

Meghan the manager is truly the most hardest working person I have ever seen! She makes sure everything is working correctly and she puts ownership in the business as if this was her own place. With her high standard. I refuse to go anywhere else. Everything works great over here and my car shines just as brightly as Meghan's enthusiasm 😊

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. The people are nice enough, and sure free vacuums and towels are a perk but the car wash itself DESTROYED my car. No one told or warned me that I couldn’t/shouldn’t go through the wash with a paddleboard rack on my car. I’ve gone through plenty of other car washes of a similar style with absolutely no problem. Mind you this rack was locked down in its “not being used” position, as close to the roof of my car as possible. It tore two of the major connection pieces completely off: one of them crashing down on my windshield mid wash. We then went inside to file a claim they told us that ANYTHING protruding from a car has the potential to be ripped off: antennas, hitches, running boards, etc. Honestly at $25 for their “best” was which is really sub-par, you’d fare better just going to a self serve place.

While washing our car the car wash machine ripped off our back wiper blade. Stuff happens in car washes I get that except when I went to go get it from the worker he said “oh yea that keeps happening” I asked what they are doing about it. He said we don’t do anything about it. Why are you not fixing a machine that breaks off wipers off. The car behind mine also got ripped off. Fix a machine that is causing multiple people issues now. My replacement part was $52 dollars. Thanks a lot.

Its actually impressive how poor this car wash did. I paid twenty seven dollars for the pro5 wash which amounted to barely a basic wash anywhere else. The guy "guiding" me in barely spritzed some soapy water on the car. That's it. I've gotten two people with brushes and high pressure sprays who actually make an effort before the automated wash for CHEAPER than what I paid here.

I had a great experience here! It’s a very nice and affordable car wash. The staff takes good care of the customers and the service is quick and friendly. One small suggestion: it would be even better if they added a floor mat washing service. That would make the experience more complete. Overall, I’m happy and will definitely come back!

Easy in and out. Got a good presoak of the window cleaner. It helps. All went well. Thank you! Update 3/15/2024 This Take 5 Car Wash has been great. I have been going here quite a while. I like that I can go as many times as I like. I opted for the high end wash with all the protectants. I do notice a difference over a middle grade wash. Things have been so good here, that I added all of the family cars. Each additional car got a discount. I would like to recommend, if you do not have power mirrors, stop before going through and fold your mirrors in. Then fold them out again after the wash and you are at the vacuums. If you have power mirrors, push the button to fold the mirrors in. Friendly people here. Especially the manager. Don't get to talk with them on a drive through wash, but friendly and knowledgeable when I go in to add a car. Go here. Try them out. Take 5 on Quincy and Piccadilly. Tell them Bob sent you. Thanks

I am a member of Take 5 car wash and this is one of the top locations by far. I have one near my house, but I bypass that one to come here. The team is always thorough and the car wash is always in good working order, fully stocked with towels and sprays, and the vacuums work!! The manager over this location is always running around emptying the trash and making sure customers are happy. Consider a membership as it saves you tons if you like keeping your car clean.
