I’ve always had good experiences here, but I have to note that my experience this evening was exceptional. Jake went above and beyond to help me find one of my belongings that I accidentally snagged with the vacuum. He stayed over time just to help me and was very kind and helpful. 10/10 customer service :)

Paid $25 for a wash. Truck isnt even clean. I know these auto washes aren't the best but the truck is literally still dirty. No cleaning cloths available, no cleaning supplies available.(even though they are advertised). I am glad I didnt sign up for the membership they tried to get me to sign up for.

I love this car wash, and have a membership. Everyone is super friendly, and the gentleman that does the pre-wash that has the long facial hair is super cool. He is thorough, and gave me some extra wheel love when he saw how filthy they were. Not everyone is cheerful working in the sun, but he is.

I arrived around 5:00 PM. The car wash was good, but the towels and spray cleaners were completely empty. The website says that the are open until 7:00 PM. That was a bit frustrating. Please replenish your supplies for your customers!

These guys over here know their customer service, I was approached by Jamal. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about my questions. Just wanted a simple wash Nothing too crazy. However, Jamal explained to me if I am washing my car just twice in the same month. The membership pays for itself. No-brainer! When i thought of it this way. I am now a member. Thank you guys!!!

Paid $24 for a car wash and they didn’t have any cleaning supplies. I waited 10 minutes and then I asked for some and they said they were understaff and that they would get to it. I waited another 10 minutes and they said they couldn’t leave their stations and they would not provide a partial refund. On top of that the person yelled at me and told me that I was banned to come back. No problem there. They know that the supplies and towels are a problem but they just don’t care!

I really like this car wash on 6th and Santa Fe. The water pressure for the car wash is nice and hard and make sure all the dirt comes off of your vehicle. It also had towels armor roll and glass cleaner for your vehicle. They have a great monthly package. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been a member for half a year, and this is the worst location in the entire network. It’s always dirty, the brushes wash the car terribly — not only the back but the whole exterior. There are never any clean towels or cleaning products available. Half of the vacuums are clogged. When I asked for clean towels, I waited 15 minutes and then left. Why is the service so terrible here in Denver? The Lakewood and Arvada locations are much better.

I absolutely love this place! Best place ever for the price I pay I can wash my car as many times as I want! Sometimes I clean my car 4-6 times a day. This place is so friendly, responsible, reliable, clean, respectful, welcoming! Even has cleaning products and towels to use not to mention when my tire kept getting low they have a tire fill up so convenient! Staff is so awesome and friendly and helpful. I have been a member since April 2025. The quality of car wash has been declining steadily al year. My car consistently has soap that doesn't rinse off, resulting in poor finish after washing. Lately, Oct/Nov 2025, there seem to be technical issues with the machinery, and I have been turned away twice when trying to use the car wash. Staff has always ben great, even with what appear to be constant turnover.

Take 5 has been double charging me for a membership for several months. I have called customer service multiple times to fix the issue, but they offer no solution other than creating a ticket and "marking it urgent". Nearly 3 months of regular calls, and no refund has been issued. They have continued to charge me even after cancelling my membership.

Avoid this location for the time being—most other locations are significantly better. So far, the overall customer service is acceptable; however, one employee in particular consistently appears disengaged and uninterested in being there. She frequently disregards the need to visually monitor tire alignment when guiding vehicles in, often looking elsewhere instead. I rarely leave reviews like this, but the situation has been steadily getting worse. The car wash has been operating without soap, yet continues to run as normal. Additionally, the scrubber at the beginning of the wash has not been in use for about a week. I won’t speculate on the reasons, but it is frustrating. The pressurized air system has also been inoperable for approximately a month and a half, which further adds to the overall decline in service quality. I also spoke with the manager, who mentioned that motors were finally ordered for some of the sprayers after about a month of them spraying high-pressure water in a single stationary spot. This poses a real risk of paint damage due to the sustained high pressure as vehicles pass through. My recommendation is to use a different car wash for now, until staffing improves and basic maintenance and supply issues—such as soap availability, equipment repairs, and overall upkeep—are properly addressed.

This issue was resolved and the company reimbursed me for the broken window. DON’T GO HERE! This car wash broke my back window. The GM said it was completely their fault and they would pay for everything. It’s been a month now with no call backs from upper management. I have stopped by and made daily phone calls. They are completely avoiding the issue. I wish I would have read all the reviews before going here. This place is terrible. Update: 1/07/25- months later and still no response from this company. Customer service keeps escalating the ticket and telling me that I should get a call soon, still no calls. I did end up paying out of pocket to get my window fixed, the cost was over $300.

Would not come back again due to rude service. I just moved to Denver and am used to paying at a machine for most auto car washes. I didn't know the person at the front collects payment so I slowly drove past (thinking I pay at a machine) and he rudely walked up and told me I had to pay and shook his head. I would've appreciated some direction or a more positive interaction. Honestly I was even thinking of going to a different place after that interaction but I was already there, so I paid for a basic car wash and left. I have a lot of friends who just moved here too, so I will highly recommend them to not go due to rude service.

This place is consistently reliable. The vacuums always work, and the car wash is good for the price. It’s always just busy enough that you don’t have to wait super long. Shout out to Jamaal who washed down my rubber mats for me. They have amoral and windex and rags to to clean the interior although the one thing is they go through it fast so there have been a few times where there is not a lot left in the bottle. Overall i think it a great choice for washing your car in downtown.

Honestly, by far the best wash I’ve been to! I was offered an unlimited monthly for the same price as the same wash, crazy, right? However, that wasn’t the best part. This car wash offers a free complementary detail center, as well as vacuums. Not only did my car come out, amazingly clean, but the staff by far are my favorite people to associate with. While speaking with the manager, Alexia, she was very personable and relatable, which made washing my car even better! Having great staff definitely makes this place a whole lot better. Highly recommend coming here, great staff, great wash, and great service!
