I have the monthly membership subscription which is really convenient to have for unlimited car washes & vacuums. Never had a problem with this company as I’ve been to two of their other locations in Hot Springs as well & my membership covered those locations too which is really nice. Highly recommend going to get your car wash here!

Vacuums are weak and barely clean all your outside debris, grass and such. Very terrible suction otherwise it's fine. Not sure if they do oil changes at this location, didnt look as though they did.

. my F-150 was not cleaned after went through the take 5 car wash numerous times specifically the front and back area of the the truck. I they prep the front and back other car with a brush was going through car wash. I shouldn't have to do what they should have done at the car wash. Bad business service. Bad car wash service.

Not a subscriber, just popped in because the touches down the street was not working. Paid for basic wash, no suds and brushes left marks. Any wash should include soap, otherwise you charged premium for a rinse.

Incredibly disappointed. Ended up having to back out myself because something went wrong mechanically (everybody else got to leave and I was stuck inside the tunnel). Wasn’t offered a refund or any sort of communication. Simply amazing.

Met the manager, everything worked as it should. Cleaned front windshield, front and rear of my truck before running it through the automated wash. All supplies were available after the wash to clen the interior of my truck.

I absolutely love coming to this Take 5 in Sherwood when Zuri or Marcus are there. Zuri’s customer service is top tier every single time – he’s professional, attentive, and genuinely makes sure I’m taken care of. Marcus is the same way: super kind, great energy, and that smile will have you forgetting you even needed you car cleaned. Now, on the complete other end of the spectrum… Trent. The energy shifts the second he’s involved. Every interaction I’ve had with him has come across as rude, dismissive, and very “I’m doing you a favor just by existing.” When I pull up and see Zuri or Marcus, I relax. When I see Trent, I’m instantly irritated and considering driving off. Zuri and Marcus are the reason I keep coming back. If the whole team matched their level of customer service, this location would be unstoppable.

This is my fave Take 5. They have a $22/mth deal where I can get my ride washed as many times as I want. Oan, shouts outs to Mr. Eric Thomas!! He's helped me numerous time. Each time, he is such a professional gentleman. I appreciate all of his and y'alls hard work. But he needs a heater for standing outside, not his complaint, just mine. :) Thanks Take 5!

Paid for the 2nd to highest car wash and when the blower/dryer started there was still soap all over my car. I pulled by the vacuums and looked at my car. Still soap all over and still dirty. Like dirt I wiped off with my finger. I talked to an employee and he told me they don’t do refunds. Another employee came out and said go back around. They did use the brush and brushed my car and it came out better but still soap on it at the end. I will not go back. Thank you to the employees for helping me but I feel like it’s wasting peoples money.

You know every time I go through this damn car wash there is a problem. I have been a customer for this car wash for almost 5 years now and I'm so glad that I started working in Conway by the take 5 car wash in Conway because they got their crap together. Every time I go through this car wash in Sherwood either one of the rollers are down or there's technical difficulties or the people are so lazy that they're freaking rude. Like now I literally just spent 30 minutes in that line just to be told that they weren't paying attention in a blanket. Got caught up in a roller and I had to get out of the line and not get my car washed. It's really frustrating. I really wish that it the management could get their life together and be a spot on as the car wash in Conway.

This location consistently fails at cleaning our vehicles! The attendants do a horrible job on the front and rear of the vehicle. May as well NOT have them there with the brush! It’s not their fault! I blame management! The equipment is invariably out of order! Rollers don’t work, soap doesn’t dispense, etc. Local Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, VP, COO, you can do better! Disappointed!

Ok so this happens way too often. The website and Google says they open at 8. I'm in line with 2 other cars waiting. One waiting before me, its 10 minutes passed 8 and the white, blonde male(a black truck is parked, I'm assuming is his) is tinkering around with one of the machines? But he just looks at us and then just walks away back into the main office and never says anything, never comes back and never opens any of the lanes. If the car wash is broken or not working he could have said something as he can see several cars waiting. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Also, on the same note why is the car wash broken so often? So here I am, still sitting here writing this review, the other cars have left at this point and I also am including a picture of both closed lanes and again its well after open time now that I have taken time posting this. I need an explanation and honestly with how many times this happens. A refund of my monthly subscription because what's the point when I can't actually get my car washed when I need to?

Came in on Saturday Feb7. Zuri was the only attendant at this wash at the time. He was polite and professional despite the line of cars. I can’t say the same for some of the customers. Zuri maintained a smile and joyful attitude despite the circumstances. Wish there were more Zuri’s out there.

Take 5 in Sherwood is my favorite place to get a car wash. They are recently under new management. I had the pleasure of speaking with Casey today before my wash and he was so friendly and helpful. I left with a clean car and a smile on my face. Thank you, Casey, and Take 5 for keeping us happy and clean!! Also, you can't beat the monthly subscription price of $17.

I got my subscription almost a year ago. very happy with it for the first few months. Then a brushes out after that was fixed this soap only soaked half the car. Then the brushes out again and the soap is still out. Over the last 2 months there has always either been a brush or the soap or something is wrong with the car wash and my car doesn't get clean. Yesterday I washed my car and the entire right side got no soap barely any water the brushes on the right side didn't work so the entire rightside of my car didn't get cleaned at all. So I went in and canceled my subscription. I'll go back to the carwash on McCain it's a little further from the house but quality does matter. If you want to keep my business keep your business running well and serving me well. I work very hard for my money I expect you to as well.

This place is amazing, I purchased the monthly subscription but failed to set it up all the way and the manger in site was so patient with me when I showed I was paying for the monthly and took the time to find my info to set me up all the way, the vacuums also work REALlY well and is much needed for an overwhelmed over stimulated mom of a two year old who’s car turns into a dumping ground. So 5 days all around site manger was hands down so underrated and nice

Since Casey took over as site manager at this location - it has turned for the better! Not sure if it’s related but the whole staff team seems to enjoy their job and everything works like it’s supposed to. I wanted to cancel my membership because of the past experiences but deciding to keep it now because of how much better everything is now.
