Ripped off the side skirt on my car then the manager was extremely rude when trying to solve the issue . I brought a quote from a body shop and they refused to pay. Told me to call corporate and then when I asked for the number she said I needed to look it up. Extremely unprofessional also they have many fake reviews stay away. All staff was very pleasant besides the women who was the manager. Took over an hour to deal with and now I'm left waiting for a corporate response after paying the body shop for repair

I had such a great experience today and Take 5! Maurice is the true definition of a 5 STAR employee! He greeted me with a smile, and was very welcoming and kind. My day started off rough, but He made my Saturday morning so much better! ❤️

I used to wash my truck by hand but now I live in an apartment and do not have access to a hose. Decided to try out overflow when the Northport location opened up and I now go 3 to 4 times a week! I have the ceramic monthly package and it is totally worth it. Besides the fantastic wash I get every time the staff is so friendly. The dryers in the wash do about a 90% job, but it is a great feeling to have a nice and clean microfiber every time I go to do that last 10%. Major shoutout to Laef (I’m assuming the spelling) for going out of his way to provide personal customer service. I take pride in my truck and so to have someone there who compliments it and takes the time (when there was no one else lined up) to come and talk about it is just great service.

The manager Teleighah listened to my issue, was very patient, got to the root of the problem and helped me set my membership back up. My pass had gotten canceled for some reason unknown but now I’m back on track. If you ever have any issues definitely ask for her!

So as all you know 🤦🏾‍♂️ Grandma doesn’t like her truck (technically mine, but she bullies me a lot) being dusty sitting next to MuleDawg (Her 1996 Chevy Caprice Classic on 20s) so she used her winnings from taking 1st place 🥇 in the 82nd annual Moody Swamp barefoot catfish wrestling 🤼 tournament… which she doesn’t like to tell folks she has won 3 years straight!!! So now that I have the monthly money from her winnings we get both MuleDawg & SilverBack washed on a regular basis. She of course is filtering with the attendants as well as checking out everyone ride. Overall, we are very impressed with the service and will continue to use it as long as Grandma keeps winning!!! O.S she wanted me to ask if it was at all possible to get another scanner sticker for MuleDawg? She knows you all are busy, but she been on my back like Saturday morning cow hair… just asking!!!! Overall rating 5 out of 4 stars as always!!!!

I have previously used this location once before with no problems. Most of the time I don’t even take my car through a car wash and just hand wash it unless I’m in a pinch for time. Today I took my car though and the amount of damage it did to my paint is astronomical. After reading some more of the 1 star reviews I am not unsure if anything will even be done about it. I have already reached out to customer service. I will no longer be taking my car to this location or Take 5 in general.

I visited Take 5 Car Wash this afternoon & I have to say that Ms Chaney was one of the most personable, courteous, respectful and professional person in a management position that i have had the pleasure of meeting. She was able to answer all of my questions without being condescending or demeaning. I can tell she takes her job seriously and she is passionate about her job and she actually cares about the customer and their needs. I will not be going to any other Take 5 because I look forward to seeing Ms Chaney's smiling face and experiencing her warmth and professionalism

This car wash changed my life. My life was bland until I saw the sunshine coming from Take 5. The tire brush always makes my day when I pull up to this fine establishment. Love the vacuums they really get the job done for me. 10/10 must try again.
