On September 9, I took my BMW X3 to Taj detailing for a hand wash. I’ve only had the vehicle for three months, and I don’t do automated washes because it scratches the exterior. The vehicle had a ceramic wax applied to it which is a service BMW does when you purchase a vehicle. Well in short, several days later I noticed swirl marks in the paint. I contacted the owner of Taj and he denied it happened at his facility. As I said perilously stated, I don’t do automated washes. I will never take my vehicle here again, because of not only the damage, but the owner seemed reluctant to resolve the matter. Why would I take my vehicle back when you damaged it the first time? Make that make sense!
