I was referred to this company by my neighbor. I made an appointment for carpet cleaning. The communication leading up to the appointment was professional and refreshing. They called in advance to see if they could arrive earlier than the scheduled time, which was a win for me. Although there were a few unforeseen challenges, I was impressed with his ability to problem solve quickly while having the discernment to give me still a good experience. I had a wonderful experience using this service. They were able to squeeze me in for an early morning appointment when two another company in the area cancelled my appointment the day before. Everyone I spoke with on the Supreme Team was extremely professional and rapidly responded. I received reminders and courtesy text prior to my appointment and the representative arrived early to ensure everything was clear and set up for him to start at the exact time that was scheduled. 10 out of 10 all around and I plan to join their membership and be loyal to their services moving forward!
