This car wash is in serious need of repair. My car looked dirtier coming out than when it went in. Don't bother until they get it fixed.

Awkward parking lot layout, over priced gas, and you need a key to use the bathroom (always annoying!). Store was decently clean though.

The car wash doesn’t rotate to clean the front or back of the car. They know it’s broken but not enough people notice so they don’t fix it. Weak.

This carwash is worth $1.00 and that's it. $6.00 is a joke. Only tried it cause like 29 birds pooped on my car while at dinner and everything else was closed. It didn't help. Actually made it worse. Other than that I don't have a problem with Superpumper.

I like Superpumper. Hey I don't drive 10 miles to save .03 cents per gallon. Maybe I've been at Superpumper on days where it's great place, people are nice, but I'm nice to people also! Most only have one attendant/ cashier and hundreds of cameras. Dealing with 6-8 customers all in a hurry! Hey I'm not affiliated with Co., just think people should see the good in conveniences we have, VS. Always complaining. Enjoy life!

*** edited post*** I spoke with the manager Sharon about the situation and She was AMAZING. Offered a full refund and a free car wash. Very nice, very nice very understanding and apologetic! Will go again just for Sharon and her awesome customer service. I only decided to stop here because it's very close to my job. I usually go to the Danny's up the street but they were budyp so decided to go with this super pumper for a car wash. BIG MISTAKE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR A WASH. The whole car wash system was ancient and didn't work correctly. When I asked the teller for a refund for the car wash malfunctioning, and me never ending up with a wash I paid for, he was obviously on a power trip, very rude, aggressive and uncooprative.

This poor 'touchless' car wash machine needs some hands-on help. Cleaning the front end while keeping the rear untouched, our car came out looking like we just used a substandard touchless car wash. We noticed during the wash' and rinse cycle of the car in front of us (yes, another disheartened customer) that some nozzles on one side were spraying but at least one on the other side was not. If you have to go home and finish the job, it's not worth going there at all. And forget about vacuuming. Both vacuum machines are non-functional; one even missing the vacuum head. Until they get someone in upper management to get this place in order, I suggest you look elsewhere for a quick and efficient car wash.
