They hold absolutely NO responsibility for any damages. Remember that folks. You are risking your vehicle by going through their car wash.

Will charge for you for services even though you cancelled membership and even got a new card, or blocked them with your bank, they are shady.

They will unapologetically destroy your car. Ran my 100k car through and got scratched to oblivion. They took zero responsibility despite it being clear what happened and the manager seeing the entire incident. Destroyed my car and several others behind mine. Manager said I would hear from corporate in 2-3 days. Took a month and no resolution. Took no responsibility. Denied my request for info and every possible resolution. Do not recommend under any circumstance. Lawsuit incoming. *They auto populate a stupid boilerplate response. What they don’t tell you is that they won’t respond for 3 weeks, they don’t call you, they don’t discuss anything, they just send an email telling you to bug off. Pathetic customer service.

I would highly recommend avoiding Super Star Car Wash if you want to be confident that your vehicle will not be damaged. I have been a subscriber for around 4 months, I went through a carwash at this location and the overpowered brush snapped my passenger side mirror the complete opposite direction it is supposed to move. After speaking with the manager Roger, I was assured that the company would cover the damage to my vehicle and that I should go get it fixed and bring him back the invoice. After doing so, once again I was assured that this was a direct result of the brush and Roger said after watching the video that this was an approved claim. Come to find out about a week later that corporate had denied my claim due to "pre-existing" damage... honestly laughable. I've got a brand new truck and absolutely no damage on it prior to entering this car wash. Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse customer experience. Don't go here if you value your vehicle.

I’ve been going to these guys for years. I have a truck with racks. You have to tell the guy (operator), to shut the top equipment off. The guy said okay, but it was not off. Their equipment, brush ripped the back of my truck up. These guys denied my claim and did not want to accept responsibility. The operators should not be running the car wash if they don’t know how!!! And 2nd, SUPER STAR CAR WASH DOESN'T WANT TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBLITY FOR TRAINING THEIR OPERATORS. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never go to or recommend this company to anyone. On November 7, 2025 I went to the super star car was in Hemet Ca. As I was drying off my I saw that my right front rim and the front grill on my car were damaged by the car wash. The assistant manager filled a claim for me and submitted it. This company denied my claim saying it was pre-existing damage that was on my car. My car is a new car. I only owned it nine days prior to their wash. this company is only interested in making money and not taking responsibility for any damage that their equipment has done to your car.
