My husband and I both purchased memberships for your unlimited car wash plan. Although the plan offered unlimited use, we typically only visited about twice a month. After a few months, we began to notice signs of damage to our car’s paint, which prompted us to cancel the membership. On March 11, I called to cancel and received a text message requesting my name, license plate number, and the last four digits of my credit card. I provided the requested information, and my cancellation was confirmed. However, on April 1, I noticed that my credit card had still been charged on March 15. I sent a follow-up text message but received no response. I sent another message on April 5, and Jose Mendea, the general manager, responded and asked me to call him. I provided him with all the necessary details, and he assured me he would take care of the issue. By April 17, I had still not received a refund or any further communication, so I followed up again. Mr. Mendea replied, stating, “Your membership is cancel.” I responded that I was aware of the cancellation but was still waiting for the refund. On April 23, I sent another message requesting the refund, but I have not received any reply as of today. Joining the membership was a simple and straightforward process, but canceling and obtaining a refund has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. I stopped by today, had a fantastic experience thanks to Jose Mendoza, an employee who went out of his way to help. Even though it’s mostly a DIY setup, Jose noticed the stubborn pine tree sap stains on my car and he even helped me treat the spots after my car wash. It’s rare to find such great customer service at a self-service spot, so I really appreciated his help—definitely makes me want to come back!

I had a very disappointing experience at Super Duper Car Wash today. I arrived around 12 PM to use the self-service car wash, and when I approached the right lane, it was empty with no other cars around. The barrier was raised, and I wondered if I could go in without paying. I noticed the machine was displaying a black screen, and when I clicked it, I saw that the previous customer had canceled, but the machine was still in use. My boyfriend and I clearly saw this. We waited for about two minutes, but no staff came to assist. The left lane had already cleared, and the customer had gone in, leaving no cars in front or behind me. I decided to reverse to the left lane. I turned on my hazard lights to alert anyone nearby (even though I knew it was a bit risky, as no other cars were present). However, the two staff members were still standing there chatting, and no one came to help. Just as I began to reverse (about 0.1 mile), one of the staff members shouted at me, saying it was dangerous. Yes, I know it’s dangerous, but why was no one offering assistance? They were just chatting and doing nothing. The staff member, an Indian man, seemed upset and criticized me, saying if I didn’t know how to use the machine, he could help. But at that moment, neither of the two staff members were offering any help, just chatting. I didn’t want to argue, so I just said "okay, keep going." He was impatient and insisted on proving that the machine wasn’t broken, so he rebooted it. While he spent time restarting the machine, he wasted more than the two minutes I had already been waiting. In the meantime, he kept saying I was yelling at them, but I wasn’t. Why would I waste time arguing with a staff member who speaks with a heavy accent and is clearly not interested in providing help? I am a paying customer. I came here to get my car washed, not to be blamed and treated poorly. I’ve been coming here for a long time, from the days of free car washes to paying $8, and I would always tip $2 when I gave $10 in cash. Now, the price has gone up to $10, and no help is provided, and the staff’s attitude has turned dismissive and lazy. I am a loyal customer, spending over $300 a year, and I visit weekly with my boyfriend. After today, I will never return. If this is how you treat your regulars, then it's not worth my time or money. Please review your staff and their attitudes.

I recently visited Super Duper Car Wash, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. One of the best parts is their monthly subscription model – for just $25 a month, you can get a car wash every day. The setup is super easy, and the machines automatically detect your membership via your license plate, making the whole process seamless. The facility is clean, well-organized at an unbeatable value. Highly recommend this place if you are close to a location and you're looking for a quality car wash with convenience!

Worst customer service experience ever! The manger with blue shirt and bold head he's standing eating his sandwich and the line just getting longer and didn't even move to help a customer blocking the whole line! The towels recently smells really disgusting and makes your car stink I6 employees standing inside doing nothing The car wash it doesn't dry your car you have to spend an hour in the sun drying your car Vacuum machine 80% of broken This place is waste of time

Hours on Google are incorrect. Came on a Sunday at 4pm and it was completely closed. Waste of a 40 minute roundtrip drive. Edit: I came back on another Sunday and the car wash went smoothly. A way better deal than the $40 car washes everywhere else

Absolutely terrible service, and the wash is terrible as well so dealing with their rude staff isn't worth coming to this business. Tried one month of a basic membership, if it was not the spotty washes I was getting, if it wasn't the rude employees you get at the arm gate, the definite catalyst for cancelling the membership involved an incident where I had a slight fender bender in the parking lot, as the other car and I were exchanging insurance, some baldy employee had his undies in a bunch the entire time for some reason trying to get us to leave, and tried to put his hands on me in a patronizing way (and we still didn't leave until we handled the insurance). There is a chance this employee may have 'unique conditions', but still as a customer it's something I'm not dealing with. Would never recommend this place Edit: I’m not emailing you guys again. I already did and called when it happened and received no response. Couldn’t even cancel my membership online and had to do it in person. KICK ROCKS

Please note that it will automatically deduct money every month without any prompts. The service attitude of the supervisor here is very unfriendly,The car paint will have scratches after washing. 👎

If you care about your car, don’t risk coming here. As the person in front of me is supposed to exit, the machine seems to malfunction which causes the car back up into me. I told the workers about it , no response or remorse. Then the driver of that vehicle in front of me is no where to be found when I exit. NOT WORTH IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Super nice car wash just like their name! Takes about 2 to 3 minutes per wash and their vacuum is strong as well! My cars are now very shiny! And I like that they have a lot of parking after the wash so I can take my time to vacuum my cars.

Low profile cars beware of the tire glaze, it will scratch up your side skirts and rear bumper when the retractable section goes in and out . If you go with full basic, you should be okay. The mid and top tier wash can potentially chip and ruin your paint. SUVs and crossovers should be fine. Sometimes the towels are non-existent on the far left parts of the dry zone. Quality has gone down since its grand opening. Edit | 05-04-2024 : some of the wipers/brushes dont even spin, the quality went down to hell. Even the tire shine on the left side doesn't even work properly. Greed over quality I suppose. Edit | 06-19-2024: everything working back up again, they seem to be putting more towels around. I'll bump the score back to 3.

BEWARE TESLAS! Not even from the area. Drove straight from Yucca Valley and googled the nearest car wash. So I we went to this location and as we were almost done through the drive through automatic car wash, and then it stopped towards the end. we're waiting in the car wash for like 5 minutes before it started back up only to find out as we're drying the Tesla, front passenger hub cap was pulled off when it putting the tire dressing. Hub cap was missing a chunk and the employee told us that it was probably already broken when we got here, mind you were not from the area and had just got off the freeway from a 1 hour 45 minutes drive. If the hub cap was broken we would've heard the noise since Tesla are quite when driving.

On 09/18/25, my vehicle’s antenna and cover were broken during the wash. The manager reviewed the camera footage and confirmed it happened there, but later the company denied responsibility. Still waiting for resolution.

I’ve been to many car washes in my time, and this is the best. The customer service is beyond excellent the manager, Jose and his crew are courteous and friendly, and make sure everything’s running properly they give you micro fiber towels for free to use and they re-washed them thoroughly. The vacuum is very powerful, they also have air to blow to get the water out of the creaks and crannies and Windex window cleaner if you ask . They have family programs starting at $20 a month for one car, $15 Additionally, for a second car. This is the program I have and it saves me money .The corner intersection location of the super Duper car wash is very convenient in and out. The hours are 7 AM to 7 PM every day of the week. I really really like this establishment and will be coming back soon.

I really want to thank this car wash for their excellent service! I’ve been a member for quite a while because their place is always clean, well-equipped, and the staff are always friendly and professional — it’s one of my favorite car wash spots. Recently, my car broke down so I couldn’t go there for a while. I forgot that my membership renews automatically and was charged for the new month. When I reached out to them, they responded very quickly, helped me cancel the membership, and even issued a full refund. What truly impressed me was that after processing it, the staff took a photo of the refund receipt and sent it to me for confirmation — such a thoughtful gesture! The whole process was smooth, professional, and incredibly considerate. I really appreciate their honesty and great customer service. Once my car is fixed, I’ll definitely be back!
