My husband took my car there last week and we were not happy at all. The back of the car and the passenger side door wasn't vacuumed. In addition, the passenger side dash wasn't wiped off, but the driver's side was. They've always done well, but definitely not last week.

I paid for the super clean ...it was not clean. The windows were still dirty, inside dirty, no chemicals used on dash or the scent that was supposed to make it smell like Pina colada..I will not come back here again. Super unhappy.

After looking at my car in the sun after it was complete it looked good and I told Kendle I was pleased. After driving off the lot, I seen I still had dust and finger prints on my dash, bbq sauce still on my door, storage above the shifter was never wiped down or vacuumed, the cup holder was never vacuumed. So I paid 31.00 for a clean still had to take to the car wash and vacuum it out and wipe it down. FIRST TIME GOING THERE AND I WONT BE BACK.

I had stopped coming here because of this very issue but I thought, hey, let's give them another try. Big mistake! The interior windows are supposed to be cleaned I even asked when I paid and this was not done at all. The interior, the cup holders were still dirty, the doors were still dirty, the cargo area had not even been touched. The tires still had brake dust all over them and had not been polished. The door frames had not been wiped out. I can go on and on but I think you get the point. You would think that if you're paying someone $30 to clean your car and then still tipping them $10 on top of that they could at least make an attempt at some of these things. Absolutely horrible experience and will never be back, I should have trusted my initial instinct based on my previous visits.

This is a quick and convenient car wash spot that delivered excellent results at a reasonable price. The manager’s special at 29.99 had my car shining and compliments rolling in. They vacuumed out the interior and shined the wheels. I may come back every week or so.

Let me first say this review is not a reflection of the person who took care of me but a reflection of the owner/manager. Only 3 people working today and they were busy doing the job of 6. I took my SUV there today for the Platinum wash and I am very disappointed. This used to be the place to go to get my vehicle cleaned but I will never go back. My tires still had dirt on them, no Armor All on the tires, the trunk did not get vacuumed and didn’t complete the interior being wiped as there was still mud on the interior. Between the wash and tip I spent $47 and left with a job that I could have ran thru ZIPS for $12 and finished the interior and tires myself!

With many negative reviews I need to say our experience was wonderful. The young man drying and vacuum our car did just what we asked for. We were very happy to finally get into a clean car. We are up in age with limited mobility and the staff took very good care of us. Wasn't thinking of cash therefore our tip wasn't as generous. He deserved more.

Terrible. Took my Jeep in for cleaning. Came out the other end missing a windshield bump stop and the trim tore off my tail gate. Nobody even bothered mentioning it and I know they knew, because they threw the trim piece in the back. Will NEVER be back. Terrible was job also. I had to take it and hand wash it to get alll the rub marks off of it. Windows were terrible. Wheels terrible. Didn't clean corners of interior or door jams. I bought their most expensive package.

I discovered today that Sunnybrook Auto Spa is under new management…boy what a difference..there is no way to describe what a fantastic job the guys did with my car. I doubt that it looked this good brand new. Guys were friendly…professional…obviously cared about the quality of the job. I doubled my tip and wish I could have given more. The sun was beating down..it was 94 degrees at 4:00 in the afternoon and still they took pride in the work they were doing. The workforce needs more people like you…Thank you…..😎

I’ve noticed that they’ve changed their policy and no longer offer interior detailing, even with the highest package like the manager special. This seems to be different from what it used to be a few months ago. It feels a bit like the experience at other self-service franchises. I wanted to share this so others can consider their options!

6/21/24 Sunnybrook is under new management! Yeaaaaaahhhhhh!!! I was looking for another car wash, but I tried them one more time because my vehicle really needed a cleaning. I have taken my car and SUV to be cleaned and they did a good job. Management is very friendly and make sure you are satisfied with your vehicle and will fix anything you're not satisfied with. Thank you for a job well done!!!

took my car here for wash. go the managers special. car was not clean, spots missed. they scratched the paint on my driver's side door when trying to touch up what i showed them they missed. said it was road damage. windows and glass were not cleaned good. manager seemed more concerned about cleaning his own car than fixing the problem. hopefully i can get someone to buff out the scratches from the dirty rags they used.

$30 to have my car ran through an automatic car wash and then vacuumed for 5 minutes. This was my first time using Sunnybrook and the employees claim I misunderstood the package I purchased - Managers Special - but I feel the job was overall rushed and the interior wipe down could have taken 10 more minutes and done a far better job. See the pictures.

Just paid $55.99 and just the outside and floor mats seemed to be cleaned. Inside was still dusty and had trash still left. My kids fingerprints were still on the inside windows. When we pulled up and there was multiple people detailing outside but when we received our gmc there was only 1 guy doing it. He was nice but outside had water droplets and inside was a big problem. For getting the most bang for our buck we were lacking. I guess convince wasn't in our favor today. If we hadn't had to run for an appointment I would have ask to talk to a manager! Also we did not have any fragrance left in the car.

2/26 is the day I went in for the “managers special” the day after I got my windshield replaced so it was messy due to that and the rest of the car just needed some detailing. I was there for almost 2 hours. They did not wipe down the dash, clean part of the middle console area EXPECT the cup holders that had some chocolate in it. My back seat was still dirty not even touched and there was still mud on the inside of the car. The trunk was vacuumed but never wiped offf when I got home there was still soap in the lining but nothing was ever touched. Out of 4 tires only 1 received an actual detail and tire shine. 2 looked as if they were touched up but not perfect and no shine. And 1 tired I don’t know what happened…. Maybe the kid working was ready to go home since 2 was creeping up and he just forget it. For a little over $30 I wasn’t expecting 100% but for 2 hours worth of “work” I expected better. I personally wouldn’t recommend. Maybe it’s easier for them to clean small cars.
