Paid for a car wash, when I got to the machine it was out of service. The cashier was not willing to give me a refund said I had to go back when the manager is there. Stay away.

Stay away. Go to the Wawa down the street instead. Horrible customer service. Got there almost on empty and the lady behind the counter refused to take my money because she didnt have a pen to check if its real or not she said!!!! What a joke. Very incompetent people running this place. But dont believe me, let their reviews speak for itself. Go somewhere else.

I just got gas here this past week (6/9/17) and my 2013 Hyundai started running bad afterwards. It was obviously from the gas here. Took it to mechanic and he advised that there was water in the gas. I called the gas station and they acknowledged that they have received several complaints of this and stated their parking lot was flooded after the recent heavy rain. I had to replace the fuel pump, fuel injector, and ignition coil. Now, they are giving me a hard time reimbursing me for the damages ($1600). I would stay clear of this place! Beware!

Car came out more dirty than I started with in the car wash. Instead of refunding they asked me to go through it again. The dryer drips water on the car as it’s drying and left a coat of dirt on the entire car. Why would I risk ruining the paint any further ?? They refused to give a refund. Avoid this car wash at all costs.

Scammers. They lure you in with .40-.50c lower price for cash then say you need to buy a 14.00 carwash to get the discount but the carwash doesnt worknir do pickups fit in it. Then the pull the no speaky english routine. Pathetic.

I stopped for a car wash, however the car wash was not functioning right, so a manager. This guy that I did not understand him very well, told me that he could not give my money back and I have to take another car wash. I remind him that the car wash was not working properly. He insist that he could not give me my money back. I asked for a manager but she was not there her name is Beatriz I believe. Bad customer service experience. I won't comeback!

If I may suggest a gas price matching with local BJs and or WAWA (all very close)? That would be beneficial I believe.

The gas station shut the pump off at 10:53pm. 7 minutes before they closed. I went to go inside to ask what happened to the pump as it stopped at the beginning of my fill, and someone just shaked his head, not letting me inside at 10:54 pm. TLDR: Just go to wawa down the street, do not go here.

Worst experience ever, manger lady is rude for no reason. Makes rude comments that are beyond unprofessional. I spend a lot of money here on a weekly basis only to be told next register please 6 times in a row as the lady walks out and ignores me. Idk who’s running this place but this lady manager needs to be fired. How dare you talk to a customer like that.

After trying to help keep this neighborhood station going after wawa and BJ’s opened up, I give up. Their gas is the most expensive in a 5 mile radius and the staff is incredibly rude and lazy. Very unfriendly to regular shoppers who visit a few times a week. Won’t come here every again. Wawa it is.

The worst gas station I've ever been too! The gas was 50¢ higher than every other station. I went inside to purchase a few things. The credit card machine froze and they didn't know what to do or how to handle it, I left without what I tried to buy but yet was still charged. Now I need to contact my CC company! The attendants weren't very helpful

If I could give it zero stars I would. Three people sitting around talking at the register and not doing a lick of work, informed me that I could not use the microwave to heat up my little frozen dinner. Thanks to that rude comment I decided to take my empty camper and fill it up at another gas station, easily over $100 worth of gas. It’s just the principle! Why would I fill up my RV if i’m not allowed to use a microwave to heat up a tiny dinner? Go somewhere else, do yourself a favor.

My family usually go to this location for gas. It's clean and has user-friendly gloves, windshield wiper products, etc. at the gas pump. We wanted to try the food inside the Express Wok kitchen area. We ordered the garlic shrimp with vegetables meal. For one, it was $17. The flavor was horrible! The shrimp was tough, the vegetables were soggy, and the rice was mushy. We ended up throwing away the rest of the food, it was so bad. We would not recommend!

Very torn about this spot. I go here almost daily to play Lotto, and the attendants are always super friendly and helpful. They know me by name at this point and always super bubbly when I come. That being said, their gas prices are definitely much higher than others in the area. B.J.'s is right behind it and since I am a member, I try to use their station whenever the line isn't out of the lot. I can't be angry at the prices though, because it's my decision where to fuel up. The girls inside have nothing to do with that, so still come here for Lotto. They do have a car wash connected, but I wasn't thrilled about the washing. For $15, it wasn't worth it.

This is the best gas station in South Florida. Excellent customer service. The employees are awesome, friendly and attentive. This is more of a family feeling gas station. They see you as family. I’d recommend everyone pass every gas station and come to this Chevron!
