Terrible customer service. Scheduled appointment online and accepted and they never showed up. I called and the guy told me he would call me back and never did, I called and texted and no response so ill spread the word to never use this company

I took my 2008 Nissan Xterra to these guys prior to me trying to sell it on Craigslist. I brought it in with somewhat high expectations, and what I ended up receiving completely blew my mind. With the combination of pet hair, spills, and some other oops throughout the years it was pretty dirty before I took it to them, once I got it back it seriously looked brand new again. I almost wanted to keep it. I ended up posting it and selling it the same day, and I totally account me selling it to the detail from these guys! I highly highly recommend them. Brandon and David did an amazing job! Thank you guys again! I will definitely be returning in the future with my new Ford!

After calling a few mobile detail companies around town we decided to go with Streamline for the detail of our two vehicles. The gentleman spent about 2.5 hours on each of our vehicles. While the interior detail was done well, the outside washing and cleaning lacked care and consideration. The side windows were cleaned, but the front and back windshield still had bugs and streaks throughout. The door jambs and running boards were not cleaned or wiped down. The side mirror glass was also not cleaned. There was road grime down the side of the vehicle that was not removed. When I questioned the person he said that he didn't have any cleaner to remove the small dots of tar from the door. They did a good basic job of washing and wiping down the interior/exterior. I was looking for more of a premium detailing service and this was not it.

The car looked beautiful except for one thing. The passenger side leather had self tanner smeared on it around the bottom of the seat where your legs rub. That was still there. Other than that it was a good job. So my advice is to look it over before releasing the guy. We had left prior to him finishing the detailing. I would use them again and recommend this detailing service to friends.

They did an amazing job! I got the Premium Detail. My car has never been cleaner. It’s very convenient that they come to you.. It takes a while but that only means they are doing a good job. My initial wash was from a Groupon discount. I have scheduled a 2nd one at regular price because of the quality and friendliness of the staff.

I used this company about a year ago and was impressed, so I scheduled appointments with them again. I scheduled two appointments one week apart, one for my car and one for my husband’s. They did not show or call last week for the 1st appointment, even after receiving a confirmation text the day before and day of. I text and the emailed with no response. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and see what happened today. Once again; I received the confirmation text the day before and day of and again, no one showed up or called to reschedule. Very disappointed! I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I bought the interior detail and the young man who came out did an absolutely fantastic job. Yes, I would have them clean my car again. I would suggest they recommend telling customers that when you put your car back in the garage to leave the windows open in order to help let the car dry out.
