I have been use them for car repair service for few years after move to stanten island, but this will be my last time to visit them. I am just lazy to buy headlight and replace myself and accept to pay $35 for this service. 1. The board list price with $34.99 with very small word starting @. And they don't communicate to customer when they decide to use more expensive parts. 2. After headlight buld replace done. They ask me to pay $65 with word " we using special headlight bulbs for you which need to charge more with $65". But they don't ask me if I wants to use the one more expensive before service. 3. I told them i have same service three months ago and only charge $34.99 and you didn't asking if I wants to use "special" bulb. which i dont know how special it is. But they told me i have to shown them last receipt right now so they can do same price to me but I have difficult to provide on that moment with receipt at home. Then they say the best they can do is $55. Well, I will pay it and do not wants to stay there to waste time for further argue. but I will not visit them anymore. 4. And when the store list $34.99 for start price for single headlight replacement price. We can understand it will be double charge if you replace both headlights bulbs or with any additional service with further communication. But we can't accept double price with " special bulbs" comment for single headlight bulbs and without any communicate to have customer accept the proposal during service.

Amazing service! I came in 10 minutes before they closed on a Sunday after finding a nail in my tire. They patched up the hole in 5 mins and were very decently priced.

Poor quality service, spend $50 on a car wash that I had to stand over them and show them every spot of dirt they missed from my car and the sad thing is that you have to be blind to miss the big patches of dirt left on the car even then my car isn’t clean, water marks on windows, interior wasn’t cleaned only vacuumed and when I tell them they say that it’s not our problem and curse me out in Arabic while they were walking away, thinking I don’t understand what they said. Overall if you want to waste money for a poor job this is the place to go

At this car “hand wash” They charge extra $2 for SUVs and extra $3 for large SUVs. When asked they couldn’t explain why. The answers was just because it’s SUV. Feels like an unnecessary cost they charge and a rip off.

The service is fatal, they received us very much, and when they left they did not have the side mirror, they entered and brought him broken trying to hide him and put him back on, when we indicated that he was not there, they sent us to talk to the manager and told us that it was not his fault that he would not pay for him. Indicating that this never happens in your establishment! AWFUL!!!!! Really, there are so many good services, really omit to come here.

I've visited this car wash at least three times, and each time, the interior of my car was still dirty. They didn't wipe anything down. I regret not taking pictures because I was so frustrated that I ended up vacuuming my car myself. When I lifted my mats, I found dirt underneath them, as if they hadn't bothered to vacuum at all. There was still debris between my seats, which is just unacceptable. You pay for a service, and they don't even provide it. I will definitely not be returning. I at least took this picture while cleaning my car after THEM.

I asked 100 times if it was strictly hand wash, and the attendant got annoyed and each time answered “yes”. Minutes later, I caught one of the guys trying to use a hard-bristle brush on my car. The exact opposite of what I came here to avoid. To make matters worse, the drying job was sloppy. They didn’t even bother wiping down the doors or the trunk area, leaving visible dust and dirt behind.

Honestly the worst car wash I’ve been to. Forced their horrible service on you and does a poor job at actually cleaning. Vacuuming was a rushed job, lasted no more than 2 minutes and picked up nothing. The loud vacuuming sounds are honestly just for show. The workers at the exterior car wash will scrub only one side of the car, leaving your car dirty and unclean on the other side. When you point it out to them, they say that it can’t be cleaned. But interestingly, the side that had the same dirt on it was clean. Probably because it was actually scrubbed. $40 for your car to look the same as when it went in. Oh, I can’t forget the part where the workers will look at you funny.

Worst wash I’ve ever gotten. Not a single piece of what I paid for was done. Decided to pay for the Staten Island Exclusive (highest package) since my carpets needed a good shampoo & my topcoat would appreciate the carnuba wax. Car came back, not even close to clean, much less 60$ after tax clean. Wiped my hand on the hood and dirt came away. Floor mats dry & still dirty. Carpet clearly not shampoo’d (also dry) and still covered in dirt. Tire detailing looks like someone rubbed a cloth on it, sprayed some ceramic and called it quits. Tons of streaks on the interior, seats still have crud in the cracks, streaks on my center console. Wouldn’t come back here if it was the last car wash on earth.

I’ve been a customer for years, but this is the first time someone has approached me. He mentioned that he’s the new manager and started just four days ago. I have to say he’s doing a fantastic job since he checks each car before it leaves the place. He’s also really friendly. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. The guy who hands out receipts is nice too. I hope they keep the new manager because things have really improved since he took over. My car is much cleaner now. I wasn’t very satisfied before, but today, I’m happy!

Save your money,this place over charges and has no quality control, paid 45 dollars for a car wash only to have dirty wheels,no tire shine,water marks and had something stolen from my cupholder,but they left the garbage in the cupholder..stay away

Very unprofessional experience. I asked for the exact price of an oil change before authorizing service, and the guy became agitated instead of being transparent. In the end, they quoted an obviously overpriced rate. I left without getting my car serviced. I recommend getting a clear price upfront before agreeing to anything here.

Never coming back after being completely ripped off. I came in because the trunk on my Audi wasn’t closing. I was told it would take 15–20 minutes — instead I waited over an hour just to be told that the lock is broken and that I need to go to the Audi dealership to fix it. For this “service,” I was charged $75 + tax. When I questioned the charge, I was told they “inspected the car.” Apparently, stating the obvious now costs $75. There was no real diagnosis, no repair, and no actual solution — just a bill. I used to be a loyal customer here for oil changes, state inspections, and car washes. Unfortunately, by choosing to make a quick $75 today, they’ve lost a long-term customer permanently. I would not recommend.

The car wash leaves a lot to be desired. There is always dirt on the windshield and panels of the car that they seem to miss. At least it's a hand wash so your car will not be damaged. When you complain the car is slightly less dirty than before. This place is great for state inspection as they are very quick and efficient.

Never leave your car with them. They broke the mirror glass of my car and told me they didn't do it. The employee brought the broken pieces from inside, but even then they wouldn't accept responsibility, and their attitude was terrible.

I stopped in here to get an inspection sticker after another gas station turned me down. The young sweet lady Syeda at the service desk was very nice and welcoming. Sydea took me in right away and they started on my car within 10 mins. I also got an oil change plus a free car wash. Everything was done fast and good service. I was very happy with my experience here. I do recommend this place and I will definitely be back for my next inspection. Thank you Staten Island wash and repair center for your fast accurate service.

I arrived early to take advantage of the 50% early-bird discount for a full-service car wash, but my car was only partially cleaned. I guess you get what you pay for. I also had a quick inspection, which took about 10 minutes. Overall, it went well.
