So bad.. He flaked on our first appointment and gave me all of 10 mins notice that he was “sick” and couldn’t make it. Okay - people do get sick I thought so we rescheduled 2 weeks later. Appointment was at 11:30. I confirmed with him at 8AM and he said we are in for 11:30. By 12:15PM no sign of him and had to leave for another appointment. He asked to see my voucher so he could verify the service. Then he tells me there’s no space to park his van (which he never mentioned before) cancels the appointment (after being 45 mins) late, and charges my voucher in full. Charges me for a full detail service and never touched my car. Truly can’t believe someone would try to run a business like this. Please pass on this vendor and find another.

Purchased a Groupon for mobile detailing and spent almost a week in text conversations attempting to just schedule the service. After getting “ok I’ll check” (and then no response with follow up) for the 6th time in response to me offering numerous dates of availability, I requested Groupon refund me for lack of responsiveness. Wildly unprofessional. Edited my review to add text receipts since the owner is attempting to make up a false narrative. As previously stated- wildly unprofessional

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I reached out to Mark Amaya with a few basic questions before scheduling, and he never answered them. I clearly communicated that I was only available on weekends, yet he responded saying he would be in my area on a Tuesday, which did not work for me. However, I was mindful since I read that he was in the Santa Clarita area and made arrangements for my car to be available that day. I reached out to him on a Monday regarding scheduling. We confirmed Tuesday. On Thursday evening, I received a message saying he was “still waiting on pictures.” It’s wintertime, and by the time I get home from work, it’s already dark. The plan was to take and send the photos on Friday, since I work half days. Instead of being understanding or professional, I received a condescending and unprofessional response, as though I was expected to cater to his schedule rather than the other way around. As a paying customer using Groupon, I expected basic communication, respect, and professionalism, none of which were provided. I immediately got a credit for Groupon. I would not recommend based on my experience. Try starting a text with Hi, how are you doing? When will you be sending the photos? instead of "still waiting on pictures." Maybe that is why you work with cars and not people.

Would definitely recommend - Mark was great, replied quickly, and did an amazing job on the car. It's as clean as the day I bought it! Great value and the convenience of having him come to you is so nice. I will definitely be a customer again next time I need a detail. Thank you so much!
