My mom has been in the hospital for awhile so wasn't able to use her monthly carwash pass. I called to cancel it for her and the guy who answered said they took her payment the day before. I asked him to refund it since she wasn't going to use it for the month if January and he wouldn't refund it. How disgusting do you have to be to take money from someone who is in ICU. Every single time my mom has come to the car wash she gave the two guys who prepped her car tips
