Don’t go often but today was disappointing not sure what package I paid over 51$ dollars for with a 20$ tip my car was not clean to the normal standards crumbs still in the back seat and nothing cleaned had to vacuum and wipe down when I got home.

Over all I would give the quality of work a 5 start however the young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I would recommend to get any service done here but the customer service is not it at all.

Awful experience. How am I paying $48.55 and my car is still dirty and the wheel wells are not even clean. Don't waste your money.

Got a car wash, Great job on the interior as you can tell. I’ve given this place chance after chance for god knows what reason. Never again. I pointed this out to the guy I gave my ticket to, and he looked at me like I was stupid. Get bent.

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU RECEIVE! minimum you spend is $30 no tire armor all, barely could tell they vacuumed, didn’t wipe door jams until asked, it’s all around poor service, it’s just brushless. No air freshener, truly a money grab

These photos were taken AFTER a $50 car wash. Complete joke… instead of vacuuming my mats, they used a liquid solution to rub in the dirt. I promise my mats were not soiled like this when I arrived. Super disappointed

Waste of money. Don’t ever go to this place. They don’t even properly vacuum the car and even the car wash is not proper. You will get the same service for $10. They are charging 32.

So disappointed- checked on line & said they are open until 5pm. Came from New Jersey & arrived at 444pm & they were closed. I asked if they could take care of me & they said no “want to go home” so disappointed. After a long trip - why say and post that you are open until 5pm & not be??

I have always come here to get my oil changed, today everything was rushed. I just left the place, I don’t even think my oil was changed. I texted my husband at 7:52 while the person came to tell me the price of oil, 8:56 my car was outside waiting because they finished changing the oil, and they claimed to top off all fluids. All of that was done in 4 minutes. The trash that’s in my car, it’s after being vacuuming twice, I wash my car better than this. I should’ve done my own oil change and was my car myself. I spent 80 bucks for mediocre service. I will not come back, if you need better service, I suggest you go elsewhere.

I just left the Car wash. I’m so disappointed, she did not clean any of my doors, and she did not clean the dashboard, either the cup holder. She left everything as is. I paid almost 40$ for this service. It was My first day going here, and look at the service they offered. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable.

This place is awesome for oil changes. I work nearby and stop on my way to the office in the morning to have my oil changed. I bring my family's two daily commuters and my pickup truck here and have never had a bad experience. The employees are friendly and get the job done quickly. Recently, they let me know that my brake pads were very worn, even took me into the shop to show me. Without pressuring me at all, they offered to replace the pads for a very reasonable price and had it all done including a full synthetic oil change within 25 minutes. The place runs like a well oiled machine! I highly recommend checking this place out. You also get a free carwash with your oil change, which is a great bonus!

I LOVE this place!! I drive an old subaru that needs frequent oil changes so I get them done here every 2-3 months. It's the quickest oil change I've ever gotten in my entire life and the staff is always very friendly. I think it's also priced reasonably so I'm shocked to see other reviews with complaints. This past time when I went I got my oil change which included a free car wash coupon - they did an amazing job not only cleaning the outside of my car but the inside as well. I left feeling so happy that I had to write this review!

To Whom It May Concern, This was one of the most disappointing car wash experiences I have ever had, and the photos attached speak for themselves. I was charged $55.03 at Spring Garden Wash, for what was supposed to be a professional cleaning. But what I received was far from it. Despite this being a brand-new 2025 Toyota, your staff failed to deliver even a basic standard of cleanliness: (a). Interior areas like the center console, window controls, and seats still have visible stains and dust, clearly untouched. (b). Steering wheel and dashboard have grime and fingerprint marks, not what I expect from a “premium” service. (c). Car doors and entry sills were left dirty, especially around the edges and trims. (d). Exterior body, including the hood and side panels, still had streaks, water spots, and unpolished areas, as seen clearly in the attached close-ups. This is unacceptable for a $55+ service. It feels like a complete rip-off and frankly, I wouldn’t have expected this even from a $15 basic wash. It’s also worth noting that I have previously seen more attentive and thorough staff here in the past. If those team members were let go in favor of cutting corners or labor costs, the result is clear, you have sacrificed quality and credibility. I will not be returning and will be advising my company to avoid this establishment unless serious improvements are made. Regards, A Very Disappointed Customer

The line for the car wash was out to the street so I was initially discouraged but it moved so fast I was impressed and glad I stayed. They gave me one of the best car washes I’ve had thus far and to my surprise it even included a vacuuming and my interior windows cleaned. Looking forward to coming back again.

Paid $50 (plus tip) and they barely vacuumed inside. I know I had a Christmas tree back here at one point but they didn’t even put the seat up or move anything around. There were crumbs and debris still in the seats and they didn’t wipe them down. The car wash itself was fine.
