I payed with debit for 1 car scent out of the vending machine which is promoted as $1. I Look at my bank. TEN DOLLARS CHARGED! If this charge is changed to the correct amount in the next few days then I will change my review to the correct review it deserves EDIT: Its just their protocol i guess and it's properly been refunded

WHAT A SCAM! Swiped my card for only 2.00. Got charged 10.00! Very confusing! The car wash doesn’t take coins only tokens. Avoid this place!!! They will take more money than you thought you were spending! Phone number listed on google. Is disconnected! Of course how convenient so nobody can call and complain. Update: Still a SCAM. The 10.00 charge was on hold for a full 7 days (it didn’t get released at 2 am- like the business claims it would be) and when it did post. It posted for 6.00 not 2.00, even though its a trivial amount, i stand by my first review and will avoid this place because Of their deceptive prices.

If you are using a credit card for their services, you’ll get a $10 hold placed on your card. I used my card for a $2 vacuum. I called my bank and was told to wait a week to see what the actual charge was going to be. My daughter said she used her card to wash her car and was charged the full $10. A disclaimer should be posted. Other than that, I like this place. It’s kept clean and well lit.

I had high hopes for this place, but this is the most expensive DIY car wash I’ve ever been to. I spent more than if I would have went to Club Car Wash down the street. There are plenty of cheaper locations in the area, so I won’t be back.

You will get charged 10 dollars regardless of the wash when you swipe your card. BUT most importantly, Spot Free CW is far from spot free. I went to assess the water in both high pressure wash and spot free wash. The PPM on the wash was over 250 and the spot free was about 180. If you wash your car during the day without drying immediately, it will absolutely damage your cars paint with water spots. I can't stand when these washes actually think they provide spotless washes. It would cost them to much to do so, believe me. Anyway, I would wait till night or evening on a cool day to bring your car here. The brushes cause swirls and scratches FYI so I would absolutely bring your own microfiber mit. Good luck people.

It's ok, if you're looking for a place to wash a car by hand other than your driveway. But a bit pricey. It's $6 for about 4 minutes and you still have to pay for the vacuums as well. For a couple of dollars more I can take it to a tunnel car wash and get free microfiber towels and unlimited vacuuming. I do not have to feel rushed to wash my car.

Wash bay was out of order. Water started pouring from the ceiling "after I put 8 tokens" in the machine. 8 tokens equals 8 dollars. I searched for a telephone number to call, but none were posted. Customer service needs immediate improvements

2nd time here, last time here... first time disappointing, 2nd time infuriating! 1) $5 CC charge gave me $4 in tokens; 2) MORE importantly... DO NOT use the foaming brushon your car! It left white streaks on my vehicle! I am now going to have to go and get some 3m hand glaze and a buffer to get this off!

I've used car wash before it's been a long time I decided to use my card in the wash store it says it's going to charge me 5 bucks are you said and done and pushed it done button and when I got home I checked my bank and they're trying to charge me $10 their phone number says invalid number never use them again

Love this place! Only down side is you can only use bills/card to get tokens. Besides that this place is the best in Leon valley Edit: first card/token exchange option went from $5 to $6. Minor inconvenience for me but it makes sense for the bays being $2 to start the hose 🤷🏻♂️

Love this car wash so much that I almost don't want to tell anyone, so they don't ruin it 😅 always clean, great pressure and cleaning options like tire wash, pre soak, and wax. Vending machines have a great choice of items and air fresheners. There are vacuums and fragrance spray available as well.

Had dollars cash on me to rinse my truck off since it was dusty. Got 2 dollars in tokens I put tje two tokens in but machine wont start unless you put 5 tokens in so I just spend 2 dollars for nothing in return. And didn't get to rinse my truck off.

It has been years since I used a public car wash and the worst part of it was having to have correct change, ie quarters, ones,or fives. This place has credit card machines so that is no longer a problem. Water pressure is great, as is the time interval per token used. Plenty of room is available for drying and machines for vacuuming are present. In short, I will certainly be a repeat customer and would certainly recommend to anyone.

It is way more expensive than the area of the country I’m from, both for wash and vacuums. Tokens are a dollar each, not a quarter. Clean and safe location though. I could not get the card to swipe on the cloth vending machines and only got my debit card swipe to work once on the vacuums. Credit card did not work. Used Apple Pay on the wash pay station. Had to go get tokens otherwise. No attendant on duty, knocked on the door repeatedly to try and get help.

I did not.know that using my card was an option. I had gotten cash back at Walmart ($20) to wash my car. Went to the carwash & only tokens were given out instead of quarters. Which means you have to only use them at this carwash. 1 token=$1.00. = about 1 minute. I have been going to an automated carwash for quite some time so I don't know if this is a good price or not The pressure for washing was really good though thankfully so.

Don't come here! This place money/card system is straight garbage 🗑️. Took my money wouldnt start. Then when I tried my card didn't work. I don't know how many of you are like me where washing my car is very therapeutic. And after this horrible experience my level of things was thru the roof. Get A Better System Because Until Then Id Advise Nobody Too Come Here. Unfortunate to because this place look very promising. Very unfortunate.
