I think I this is my second review for this place. I was so happy to see the lil blonde chick with an attitude go. The new manager is amazing!!! But the worker that wears head phones on her ears is just plain RUDE!!!! I come through this car wash at least 3 times a week... I ALWAYS ask for my hood to be scrubbed because my car sits so low to the ground. Everytime I ask her to get my hood though she shakes her head yes and then NEVER does!!!!

I've been to almost every splash car wash from Conway to Little Rock to Cabot to Jacksonville, and this one by far has the best equipment and most friendly and helpful staff! I love to visit just for the people‼️💯 Now if this location could also have the oil change facility, that would be fantastic!! Love you guys

Great location. I pay monthly & this team has great attention to detail. Especially when it comes to lining cars up in the tunnel. And making sure of no accidents. Keep it up Splash Sherwood! The only issue I can think of is people exiting out onto Kiehl Ave from the vacuuming area can cause an accident from people exiting the tunnel.

Loved the convenience and service at this carwash. Carwash was clean and did a good job of washing the dirt off of my car. The workers here always have a smile and a good attitude. Frequented often due to having a membership. When we left, (we were just in AR for a few months for work), canceling was easy. Wish we had something like this at home!

First experience was made simple by the assistant. Then I found the vacuums are set up so that you don’t have to drag the hose through your car or wait for neighboring ‘cleaner’ to get done since there’s a hose on each side of your vehicle designated to your spot. It rained that evening so I returned the next day to find it even simpler… “Just drive through”, she said. No bottoms, no card, no ID, just the same card!

The best service, best wash & best vacuum ever. You can’t go wrong with getting a membership. If this place is close to your normal traveled route, just leave 5 minutes before you usually would and make it a weekly stop. My truck stays looking super fresh!

I went to splash car wash today. My car is white and it was so nasty. I was embarrassed for anyone to see it. The manager came out and talked with me, he was so nice and pleasant. He and the young man, Brooks, made sure I was satisfied. The back of my car was hard to get cleaned, y’all, they allowed me to go through again to make sure I was happy. If you want to pay $28 for the “ best wash” and still have dirt on your car this is the place for you. If you wanna use vacuums that spit out half of what they suck up because the suction is next to zero this is the place for you.

Been using this wash since it opened and the only one I have ever found that is clean enough that I trust it on my paint. I recently canceled my subscription to ZIPS after about 7 years or more and was looking for somewhere clean, with all working equipment and friendly staff. I wanted to like this car wash, but it fell short of expectation. The only reason I'm even giving them 2 stars is because I actually liked how well their vacuum worked. I was disappointed in the wash though. When I came out of the wash and parked by a vacuum, I noticed dirty spots left on my van. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. I think at this point, if I don't simply get a refund, I will end up disputing discharge. 😔 Update: 2/9/2025 I added 1 star for customer service. When I got there and said I was offered a free rewash, the women were very nice and just let me go through. No questions asked. The carwash itself is still just okay. It still left some dirty spots, but I'm not getting hung up on it. I will say again though, their vacuums (or at least the one I was at) works really well. I even accidentally sucked up a padding that belonged to one of my bras (whoops, left that behind from doing laundry).

Great car wash nice people I use this car wash for all 6 of my vehicles. Irregular tire shine application and insufficient drying force can sometimes cause me to work a little harder to get the car just how I like it but it’s a pretty solid car wash. I’m comparing to club car wash where I was in Texas that was a perfect result. Maybe if management can fine tune these areas it would be perfect! Thanks for a great staff and solid wash.

Plus free vacuums too & the car wash itself is efficient & does a great job. Another bonus, no unnecessary sticker for you car, they use license plate reading technology to admit. Well worth the monthly fee.
