I've been to multiple splash locations, bryant being the one I signed up at, and never did i know that I could get bugs scrubbed off as well as back glass wiped off before entering into wash bay!! My dad went thru & Paid $30 & his car came out looking he just wiped it off with a dry rag. There is lines in his car that looks like it didn't get touched. I don't know what happened

Stopped in on Saturday to wash my car after hitting the Walmart. Very clean and well organized place. For the self service it was very easy to use! Lots of washing options and they even have a blow dryer and a rain repellent! This will be my new car wash station from now on. If you haven’t already stopped by go check it out.the general manager even stopped over to introduce himself!

Always a great place for an automatic wash. The subscription lets me just drive up to 3 different, maybe more, locations and get my car clean. They also have lube shops where they get you in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you for making it easy to keep my car clean with all the crazy Arkansas weather.

It needs to be like most of the others. Needs free vacuums, better car wash. I Cant tell you how many times I've had to sit there and wait to get into the stall because workers was on their phones. Car Wash isn't up to date. There has been several occasions that I pulled up to get a carwash and the staff closes it up with 10 minutes left before it closes. Needs free vacuums. Needs a whole lot better management. I'm close to cancelling my membership.

Alex and his Team are very professional, friendly and helpful. There are times when my car is not washed very well. I have the "Unlimited" for $39 a month and I should have better car washes. Also, it would be very beneficial to me as a valued customer to have a oil change spot in this area. It had one about 3-4 years ago, but without my consent it was removed. Now, I could very well remove my membership with Splash and become a member with the oil change company's car wash. That's something I'm genuinely considering. Thank you!

Ive been a subscription customer for over 10 years and I've been paying for 2 cars at least 3 years. IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN HOW THE BUSINESS HAS GONE DOWN. The machine is not getting the back of my midsized suv clean, and I've had a staff member REFUSE to spray it off. Now that they no longer have a brush to go over spaces the machine doesn't reach, Splash no longer meets my family's needs. 😢 ALEX IS GREAT. A REALLLY KIND AND COURTEOUS PERSON. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have given you two stars... I've left too many times with a 1/2 washed car and bad vibes from staff. ✌🏾
