If there was an award for the worst car wash i have ever received, this place would take the trophy. Dirt spots all over my car. They charge you $4 extra for Mats and they don’t even dry them when putting them back in the car they are soaking wet. This place is just so bad. I have had multiple terrible experiences here. I only came back because it is near my workplace and at a convenient location for me. After an almost $60 (air fresher and cleaning wipes purchased) car wash that I now have to send somewhere else, I definitely will not be returning. I rarely write negative reviews but i felt compelled to warn people because they do not provide the service for the amount of money paid.

I went to get my car washed today as I am installing a new car seat in my car. I wanted everything on the interior to be fresh and clean. I selected the full service express wash with super shine package after speaking with the worker who takes your order and explaining to him what I needed done. The full service express wash lists that the interior clean includes a dash and door jam wiping. I paid $23.83 for entire thing and was horrified when I got back into a car with a dusty dashboard. It didn’t even look as though a rag was wiped across the top. I ran my finger on my dashboard and dust was everywhere. I went back to speak with someone to first see if I misunderstood the level of cleaning that was suppose to be done. I was told by a worker that they were sorry I was not satisfied, however if I chose to spend an additional $20 I could get my dashboard “actually” cleaned. I tried to keep my composure as I ran my finger across my dash to show proof nothing was wiped down. In the end I refused to spend another dollar so I left. I will NOT be going back to Splash on Central Avenue in White Plains, NY. The sad part is I love Splash and I used to always go to the location on Kensico Avenue in White Plains, as they do an amazing job cleaning cars. It’s worth the extra 5-7 minute drive. Don’t waste your time at this location. I will include pics of what my dashboard looked like after my car was “cleaned”...disappointing.

Be sure do not have bug spots on windows do not completely come off be ready to go somewhere nearby to clear any bug spots, dry off car too, plus way lined up cars in front of you awful, some leave doors open how do they expect you to move anywhere, anytime go there be prepared to get inconsistent service, guess that's what happens when you're not doing wash car yourself. Will be thinking about canceling as well since they promptly , sometime even earlier than the closing hours, even open hours bit late too......now they skyrocket and the new upcharge, say will get certain wash not so sure as well when check see there's film residue not getting good rinse as well...

There is nothing better than having a good team and machines do the good job but most important is having the great team working together. If you need it wash this is the place, if you need it shine then this is the place. If you need it extra shine and protected then the place can offer you the detail work. Totally recommended.

I took my car to Splash this evening after having 3 very pleasant experiences there. They detailed my car and made it look like new. However, tonight, I took it for a basic full service interior/exterior wash and I am extremely disappointed. When I left the car wash I noticed that my cup holders hadn’t been cleaned-at all, not even a wipe with a cloth. I was in a rush for time and decided I would do it on my own at home. I drove a minute up the road and realized that the windows of my third row were covered with fingerprints (which was part of the reason I brought it for a wash in the first place). I turned around and decided that a $30 car wash should at least leave me with clean windows. I drove back and was greeted by the same person who took care of me the first time. When I explained that parts of my car were left untouched there was barely an acknowledgement of what I was saying let alone an apology. He asked me to pull to the side and he had a woman come take care of the two things I pointed out. Again, no apology or follow up before I got back in my car to leave. When I finally got home I realized that the backs of my seats, treads of my doors, exterior handles, and mats were barely touched. It’s infuriating that prices of everything today have skyrocketed but even paying those prices doesn’t get you your moneys worth. I ended up having to spend 25 minutes at home cleaning up all they missed- complete waste of my time taking TWO trips and my money.

For a $40 wash, one shouldn't be left with remnants of bird poop on one's window and tree sap all over one's windshield. I would have absolutely paid more for a full polish, but I didn't think that'd be necessary, as the workers (who are very kind) didn't spend much time at all looking at their work. If it were me, I wouldn't feel comfortable sending someone off with a dirty windshield/hood.

Absolutely horrible job. Charged me $48 just for the pickup truck to go through the outside machine and a couple of sprays on the glass inside, and that's it. They didn't vacuum properly, clean the dash, or clean the door pockets or anything. We will not be going back. Drivers beware, don't waste your money.

I love this car wash, the staff is always smiling, they are the best taking care of the cars. The unlimited membership it’s a good way to safe money and get your car clean. The customer service is excellent, I think this is the best splash location, they deserve 5 stars ⭐️ and more!!!

Splash Car Wash on Central Ave in White Plains IS the place to go for all your daily car wash needs AND detailing. Been a member for a while and have enjoyed the unlimited washes. Recently got a detail inside and out and it made me feel like I had a new car. The manager Anthony is the man to go to. He is a pleasant guy to deal with. And even the cashier Cami is funny. Overall good service, and even more important awesome customer service. 10/10.

Packages are cheap, around $30 a month for exterior only to wash your car daily if you want .. definitely helpful with the snow and salt! It also beats paying $40 per wash!

I am not one to write reviews, but I had a bad wash here. The staff members are great but the car wash itself was not. I had bird poop on the grill of my car and left the car wash with it still there. Only thing that seemed clean after the wash were my weather mats because I paid $4 extra for that. I still had dirt on my car, cupholders and center console did not get touched. For $34, I would expect a lot better of a clean.

Pretty upset as the hood of my car was scratched this morning in the car wash. For $40 (“The Works”) the front of my car was also not cleaned well. Will not be returning.

⸻ Absolute waste of money. My car was left dirty and dusty. When I asked the manager to redo it, she dismissed me and said my car “needs more than this” and requires deeper cleaning—which is ridiculous. I wash my car every two weeks, have grown children, and my car is not messy. I paid for vacuuming and it was done horribly. I also paid extra for salt removal underneath the car, and they didn’t even touch it. There was bird droppings on my car, and the manager claimed it was “ice” and couldn’t be removed because it was cold—completely untrue and insulting. This was lazy, careless service with zero accountability. I was extremely disappointed and will never return. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I have been a member at this car wash for sometime and have always loved this Splash location more than the others. The manager is down the earth, funny and always helps me when I come for a daily wash. Anthony the manager is a stand out for sure. I had my first experience with a detail here and I am more than impressed. Camila the kind lady at the front made me feel known when she greeted me this morning and that’s exactly the kind of feeling you want when you walk in to spend your hard earned money on a product or service. Big thank you to Camila for always being so kind. THE DETAIL IS AMAZING. The five star detail they did on my vehicle makes me feel like I have a new car again. I definitely recommend this car wash membership and I definitely this specific location. Good service and a good price.

Very disappointed with the service I got the full service and I still need to pay each floor mat to wash. I asked twice for them to clean the trunk because it had beach sand. The car was “washed” for maybe five minutes, and when it came out, the sand was still there. I told the girl at the counter and she said, “It’s not going to come off, only with a detailed wash.” Are you kidding me? Just by vacuum it, the sand would come off, they simply didn’t do the bare minimum. And the interior of my car? Also barely touched. I’m definitely not coming back, not even with the “golden ticket” they give you to try your luck. I’ll go back to washing my car in Ardsley.

Those good reviews are misleading! Look at this crap. I almost got the monthly membership; thank god I asked to check the car first. If could rate them a 0 I would in a heart beat. My 14yr old vacuums better than this…. Take the drive to tappan car wash in tarrytown you won’t be disappointed.! & half the cost plus they wash your mats for free ❤️🥰 WONT MAKE THIS SAME MISTAKE TWICE.!

Genuinely disappointed. Came in to get a membership (The Works) which is $64.99. Totally not worth it, it’s simple surface marks that should be covered in a basic interior clean. No tire shine like how it was advertised. Cancelled my membership the same day. Was told to come back so they can do it again, but what’s the point? What about my time? A good job should be done on the first try not for the customer to leave and to have to come back again.
